Big O Tires

Great job everyone :)

The gentleman who helped me was extremely kind and honest. He explained what was being done and what to possibly expect in the future (my car is old with lots of mileage). I needed to have my driver side mirror replaced and he was unable to find one, but advised me that if I could find one, he would take care of it for me. I know that they were very busy and he did not rush me or make me feel like I was a bother. My exhusband owned a car dealership for 20 years and I understand great customer service. I got great customer service. Thank you.

New tires and alignment were done in a very timely manner. Received a coupon in the mail after I got home that had $50.00 service, but was told when I called the store about it that I could not get a credit on my bill. Was disappointed in that.

I had a very unpleasant experience at the store in Independence. I was not given even slightly good customer service and in fact, the manager there told me it was my fault on why they wouldn’t be able to help me. I called Blue Springs and told the store manager of that location, Ryan, he told me to come there and he would make it right. He went above and beyond and I am forever grateful. I highly recommend the Blue Springs location. Thank you!!!

Since I started taking my truck to Big O tire for oil changes and tire service I will not go anywhere else. Great service, friendly employees and does not break your wallet. Appreciate Big O tires.

When I visited this blue springs location they were very short staffed due to sickness and family issues, but despite this they worked their asses off to get people in and out and went beyond any customer service I've ever experienced when it came to talking through different tire options and pros and cons of each. Aaron even went to pick up a customer with car troubles and got a rental car booked for him and drove him to the rental location. They dealt with a late tire delivery truck as well. They took time answering every question each customer had and gave their professional advice. There were 2 guys that came in (district managers or something higher up in Big O Tires). These guys were assholes, making things worse for Aaron, Jamie and Moné. These 3 were awesome and even stayed after hours to finish vehicles. I would absolutely recommend any of these 3 for service or professional advice. Very professional, knowledgeable and hard working.
