Very courteous staff. Fair pricing and extremely timely service for my winter tire changeover. Check in was a breeze, and picked up last minute before store close yet everyone was still all smiles and helped me load the wheels in the truck, said hi to my dog. Not a scratch on the wheels and seem properly balanced.

I was traveling through town and after doing a quick wash to get mud off, I noticed that a couple of my tires on my Dually pickup were rotated improperly by the Great Falls location. So I called Big O tires in Bozeman and the manager was the only one at the store that day because of the Corona Virus shutdowns. He offered to help out in any way he could. While answering the phone and taking much needed appointments for the next few days to keep his employees working, he graciously opened up the shop and switched out my tires the correct way. His willingness to help fix another stores mistake is remarkable and during a national crisis. I would recommend this store to anyone. This kind of service is rare these days. Big O tires is lucky to have this dealer.

I was expecting t need an alignment due to vibration at higher speeds but it was informed it was probably just a matter of tire balancing. I didn't even need an appointment. The work was done quickly and the vibration was gone.

I had a big ol' nail in my tire, took my truck into Big O and they looked it over right away, determined I would need a new tire and coordinated with the company I bought them from to get one delivered to Bozeman. Highly professional shop. Tires were verified to be on site and ready before I got there. When I arrived for my appointment they were extremely efficient and informative. I was on my way in less than an hour with tires that far exceeded the old set. Couldn't be happier.
