I’ve always had great service and service men very polite and helpful. Could of explained or ask for date of payment. A little more clarity would help with the SNAP.

I picked up a large piece of metal just outside of Grand Island in an Equinox I had just bought in Shelton less than 30 minutes earlier on the way to Grand Island. I heard it hissing while putting in gas just across the street, it went flat moments after I arrived to Big O. I was hoping for just a patch because the tires were all in fantastic condition, but we could see the damage was in the sidewall. I asked if they had a hancook optimo this size in stock, as it was already on all the other wheels and is my tire of choice. Sadly they did not have one in stock. I said to the guy, "Well here's the deal, we have our own tire machine and mount our own tires. I really like the Hancook optimo so if you don't mind, I'll just jack it up here and put my spare on and we'll take it home that way" He said to me if that is what I wanted to do, they would take it in and swap the spare for us. I really appreciated this, because of course it is 1000% easier for me not having to do it, and even though it is really easy for them using a hoist and air tools, they aren't making a sale which would make quite a few businesses not offer to help. When they were done, they said no charge which I protested hoping to give them something. That is true customer service. If I ever need anything done up by Grand Island when I'm in town, I'm going to Big O.

They always do a good job. Price is fair and they are always able to get me in on a appointment when I need it.

The crew goes out of their way to make sure that everything is good. Always have a smile on their face. Willing to go over and above to make sure you're happy with the services

I am always treated with such kindness and respect when i visit Big O. They always take such care with my vehicle and they are always very quick and thorough with thw services they provide. I will tell all of my friends and family to go to Big O for their next tire purchase.

The guys at the Big O on Diers Ave in Grand Island are awesome! They treat me and my husband like VIP's. They get us in and out and have always been great help with my Jeep. I would highly recommend.

The employee who helped me, Justin I believe, was so nice! He was extremely helpful with explaining which tires he would recommend and why one would be better than another for me and my needs. Justin also always called the customers by their names which made it for a more personal experience.

I've been going to the north store for many years. I Have been well took care of over the years. Never had a complaint although I did notice no one was wearing a mask i was glad I wore mine.
