Went to get my brakes done. The work was long but was worth the wait. Bob and the guys here got the job done and got my car right. Bob explained the issues that was going on with my brakes and car. He didn't try to low ball me like other mechanics do.

I experienced a problem with tire pressure while driving on I 43 and called late on a Saturday. They were able to work me in at 4:30 PM, fixed my tire and had me on my way within the half hour ... best experience ever.

I know nothing about vehicles at my 40 years of age, so I put my trust in Midas to get my Traverse right. I chose the Port Washington Street location because of its stellar reviews and they were right. The associates were friendly and welcoming which put me at ease. They informed me well ahead of taking any action of the services, parts, and price list needed. I knew exactly what I was paying for and what they were going to do. I've never had such a smoother experience. I went in for 4 new tires and a wheel alignment, my Traverse felt like new. Thank you!!!!!
