The friendliness and hospitality shown while I was waiting for my car was outstanding. Joana I believe was beyond sweet and was able to help me find the right toe of oil change. Then I believe it was Mike was so amazing when explaining what needed to be done to my car and breaking down the price. He never once made me feel like I had to pay more he always gave the option and never made me feel dumb for not understanding. Amazing shop.

Your team was honest and straightforward. We booked our appointment online which was extremely easy! We usually take our car for service to the dealership that we purchased it from. They recommended several items that needed to be done and the price seemed to be really high. We called Midas to get another quote on cost and your prices were way better! Also, you team pointed out the services recommended by the dealership were unnecessary at this time which we are very grateful your team is honest!!! These guys are like a family. They know me by my first name. They do the job if they can?t figure something out they help one another. I leave in kentland there are auto repair shops here. Nothing like the service i get at Midas. I?ll drive the 50 miles.

I couldn’t believe how far and above they went to find a fuel tank for my truck. They made calls, checked websites and everything. They would have been done in one day, if the fuel tank wasn’t all rusted out. They did a wonderful job!
