visited Big O on 9/20/24 to get an estimate on repairs, the price was good compared to other local repair shops . Came back on 9/24/24 & left my car for repairs. Repairs completed in a timely manner. I liked that my tire pressure & torque measurements were noted on invoice along with other current vehicle information. I always trust my & my wife's Jeeps to Big O for maintenance & repaires .Good job Big O !

I was traveling and my wife was waiting in a motel. And they put a man on my tire change immediately. And I know they got me on my way in about 20 minutes. And I thought it would take me all morning.

They always go above and beyond. The information from a quote was given incorrectly but they were able to try to honor something similar so it wouldn’t go over $20 since they use the best quality products. This still made my day!
