Big O Tires

I was asked to come back "tommorow" for a tire rotation, which was no problem. I asked the manager, Larry, if the pressure would be checked and he said that they always do that. I asked him what psi they use for my tires and he said 35 lbs which is what I would have requested. After driving a few miles afterward I saw that the highest pressure in all four tires was 32 lbs and none of the four were the same. We have been lied to before at this store about more significant issues than this but I will try to avoid going there in the future.

From the first time I called to inquire on stock and pricing, Raymond, was extremely nice. When I told him I had a tire blow out, the first thing he asked was if I was ok. That was really sweet! The shop didn't have the tires I wanted in stock so he told me he would order them and call me first thing when the tires came in, on Friday. Sure enough, Raymond called to let me know my tires were there before I had my morning coffee Friday morning. I asked about an appointment & he said they weren't busy, come on in. Upon my arrival I was quickly checked in & I settled into the wait room. Unfortunately at that time my cell phone died and my husband couldn't get a hold of me. When he called the store, Raymond, let my husband know I had arrived safely and they were just pulling the truck into the bay. Everyone was really awesome and I was outta there about a hour and a half later. Thanks Big O Mesquite! Sincerely, Leisa Davidson
