Staff was great, service was fast and I spent less than anticipated.

Been with O five years... Best service for rides in Mesquite...have top of line Big O tires...also excellent...friendly folks who know what they are doing!

My dash light indicated a low tire. I checked the tire and yes, it was very low. I had an appointment to donate blood and needed to be there asap. I stopped at Big O and they were busy! However, very nice young man checked my tire and found a large screw causing the problem. Even though they were busy, he assured me he'd help me. He did! I was out of there and on my way in less time and less stress than I'd anticipated! Then, to make it even sweeter for me, after tipping the young man and expecting to pay for expedited service the charge was $0.00 Everyone was friendly and the waiting room w chairs was cool on an approximately 110* day! Thank you, young man and BigO.

I know they didn't want to do the service and work with Car Shield, and now I understand why. They were as kind to me as they could be, but the stress of trying to deal with Car Shield wore them down. I immediately cancelled with CS, so hopefully when I go in next time they won't cringe.

My Sumitomo 70,000 mile tires did not perform nearly as expected. I received replacements at a fair, pro-rated price.

Everytime I have come for services everything is great.

I went in for windshield wiper blade and then they suggested that I need to have my transmission fluid changed as it was dirty. That is good customer service. I tend to build relationships and feel I have one with Big O in Mesquite, NV
