Big O Tires

My husband and I got a flat tire on our Jeep while riding around the hills in Mesquite. We took the tire to Big O, and the guys repaired the tire, balanced it and put it back on the Jeep - my husband had put the spare on. When my husband went to pay the bill, they said "No Charge"�. I know where we will buy our next set of tires. Thank you, Big O!

The guys always r friendly from the counter guys to the shop guys. The work is done right and they explain to u what they did.

After the service, my car displayed a "check engine" warning light. It must have been coincidental as the service would not have affected it. The service manager offered to run a diagnostic check which determined that it was the O2 sensor. The mechanic reset the light and it has remained off. Thanks for checking it for me.

Quick and honest

Have used them for years now; they are always very helpful and take extremely good care of my vehicles. They are the only shop I will allow to touch my Corvette other then one that specializes in Corvettes which is over 40 miles away. Their customer service goes above and beyond; they have assisted me on more then one occasion to find the best 'bang for my dollar' in regards to prices and quality when looking for tires and wheels...many times recommending a brand of tire other then theirs.

Should have went to Big O first. Went to other tire store to get tires mounted with very bad results. Big O corrected all the problems the other store created. Big O also alerted me that I had a much bigger problem than just the tires. Big O also repaired that problem as well. I back safely on the road.
