Big O Tires

I tried to set up an appointment online the day before and received confirmation of my request being submitted. I did not receive a phone confirmation, so I called the morning of my appointment and was able to confirm the appointment time.

Got my brakes done fast and showed the parts to me. Front counter guy was nice.

I always use Big O. After trying an quick lube when I first moved here, I decided to try Big O. I was never oversold on anything, and they quickly became people I could trust. I am getting closer to needing new tires, and I will again return to Big O. The last tires I got here were for a car that we don't often drive, and especially don't take on long trips. When I needed new tires, I was not pressured to get some better than I needed on that car, instead being introduced to tires that would meet my needs without spending more than I wanted to. Way to go Big O

Very quick service! Everyone from the front desk to the techs. Every question was answered and I felt heard. The pricing is always reasonable and they let me know what is always going on!

My first visit my license was suspended and after they serviced my truck they were kind enough to drop it off at my house. This last time I had an Interlock in my truck due to a DUI I had four years ago, and they were really awesome about going above and beyond and allowing me to blow into the Interlock and do everything I had to do so I wouldn’t get a lockout. They went above and beyond. I would recommend them to anybody.

So thankful for their help and great service today.

I had a blowout on a tire that I purchased at a Big O in Utah on my way down south. I pulled into the shop to see about getting it repaired and they said it was under warranty (after showing my receipt) so there would be no charge and they started working on repairing my tire within minutes. I was done and out of the shop within 20 minutes of arriving and they were busy when I got there. Incredible service, this is why I buy all my tires from Big O!

I very much appreciate the willingness to take care of my car quickly so that I don't have to wait a very long time. I am 80 years old and long waits result in difficult problems. Thanks for your courtesy.

I dropped off my truck to get a 2” leveling kit, I didn’t have anyone to pick up my truck and my license was suspended, I appreciate Big O they dropped it off at my house for me free of charge! It meant a lot! Thanks BIG O!
