In and out in about 30 minutes.

My AC was not working and needed a recharge. While checking the system the technician discovered a seal leak, told me, showed me, and was able to fix it.

They were informative, fast and friendly. I ended up taking my mom's car in as soon as I was done, I was so impressed!

The process was easy and the staff was very professional and courteous. The work was completed in a timely manner, even though they were short-handed and it was a weekend.

The man that helped me was extremely helpful. Found tires at another location and had them delivered to the mesquite location. Talked to my husband on the phone because he couldn’t go to the location. Explained all options and never pressured in any way for us to purchase 4 tires. Great employee. You are lucky to have him!

I had a coupon for an oil change and additional services. The final price was more than the coupon amount because of the type of oil my car requires, and the tires couldn't be rotated because of cupping. The service was performed very quickly, as I requested.

I have used them not only for tyre issues but for certain mechanical issues as well. On Tuesday they replaced an oil pan on a VW GTI - the mechanic did an excellent job and discussed it with me. Plus the store had excellent WiFi so I could work while waiting.

Jon and Larry and the rest of the team at Big O are keeping my car well and on the road. Everyone is friendly. They explain things well and answer all my questions - even ones that might be a bit silly. Only down side is car is a bit dirty afterwards - but that is easily remedied. My car - Pearl - always runs better after she has visited with the team. Thanks guys.
