SPOKE TO RICH GARCIA, HE KNEW I NEEDED TIRE FOR MONDAY AND PRETTY MUCH GUARANTEED IT WOULD BE THERE MONDAY FROM THE VEGAS LOCATION AND IT WAS! I CALLED MONDAY MORNING AND MY TIRE WAS READY FOR ME TO GO DOWN TO SHOP TO HAVE IT INSTALLED. THIS WAS VERY IMPORTANT AS I HAD TO BE BACK TO WORK IN VEGAS ON MONDAY AND HE MADE THAT HAPPEN ALONG WITH HIS ENTIRE TEAM. ADDITIONALLY, I HAVE SOFT CLOSE DOORS AND THEY ALLOWED MY MOM AND I TO STAY WITH THE VEHICLE AS TO PREVENT ANY DAMAGE TO SOMEONE OPENING AND CLOSING THE DOORS INCORRECTLY. THEY WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. FROM START TO FINISH.

I was quoted a price for my battery at $129 plus tax by one clerk. (About $140 with tax) He was busy on the phone at check out, the other older guy took the order and charged me $166.00 claiming taxes were more. I don't like getting one quote the being charged $20 more...

Good price great service.

In the past I have been dissatisfied with the quality of work primarily with the balancing of the tires. I have taken two cars in the past week and was pleasantly surprised that the tires were balanced well. Not sure if you got a new balance machine or better trained your technicians but thumbs up for a job well done!

Courteous employees, offered me water, I wish I could have scheduled a specific time, I tried to call but the line was always busy, i know they are short handed by 3 people, i was patient, but the web site could let me choose a time instead of just 1:00

I received a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation and balance the day AFTER I had those services done. I was disappointed they came so late, as that would have saved me a significant amount off my bill. Also, after the tire rotation and balance my low tire light came on. I took it back to get it aired up, but after they supposedly did that, the light is still on.
