Big O Tires

I have always bought Big O tires and bought 4 on May 3rd with wheel alignment. I was contacted that I needed new alignment parts which I agreed to. That evening we discovered that something had went wrong with the installation and more parts were ordered. Friday May 4th the new parts were installed. I had to head north for the summer to Wyoming. The truck still has something wrong, a noise in the steering. I will need to take it to a local Big O and have it repaired. Please work with me on getting this repaired. The man at the front desk has always been kind to me and my family. We enjoy the customer service; it makes up for any faults they may have.

This was not a good experience. Communication was non existent. Car was not ready when promised more than once. Tires that were supposed to be in stock were not and no verification was done. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because they did give a discount for inconvenience.

I DEPEND on these guys for my cars to be SAFE & updated for maintenance.They are HONEST, willing to review ANY concerns I have on my vehicles, & they don't 'rush' me away.Rich G. is the BEST front service man around.

After dropping off my trailer to have four tires replaced at 1:30, I never received a call to pick it up. I showed up just before closing, and found it with new tires, but my hub caps improperly installed. Upon removing them to check the lugs, I found a broken stud with a stripped lug on it, at a crooked angle. Also, the pressure on each tire was about 20lbs over the high pressure mark on the sidewall. This was "going to be" a $1700 purchase, until the trailer incident. (Mesquite, NV)

The price was good they were able to go get on it right away it didn’t take very long to do it and they were clean and professional

Technicians did a lot of walking around, gave the perception that they don't know what they are doing.

as always I had excellent service, I recommend Big O, to friends & family all the time. They never let me down.

Service was quick and efficient but they attempted overcharge me by double! It was rectified quickly once I brought attention to this but I was given a lame excuse for this. It left a bad taste in my mouth.

Had rear brake pads replaced on Jan 24 per Big O's recommendation. Noticed dragging noise after we picked car up. Called in and was told the noise would go away after driving for awhile. March and still making noise, took to shop and must now pay for new rotors as brake pads were not seated properly. Thanks for nothing Big O of Mesquite.

Got us in quickly and cheaper than the last place

Went in for a oil change and tire rotation. Said they would have it, needless to say my wife had to return the next morning to have the work completed. They charged full price, which is fine if the work order had been done. They charged her for a tire rotation and never did the work! Never ever will they get my business again

I came in with a flat tire and left with new tires. All 3 of the staff I dealt with were very friendly and seemed to know their jobs very well.

I purchased all of my tires (3 vehicles) from this store. When I have returned for rotate and balance I have had to come back again several times because of balance problems. On this last visit I asked them to check the tire pressure because the indicator was on. When we got home my wife told me the light was still on. I just filled the tires myself because I can't trust the quality at your store. In addition, I'm having my truck tires rotated at the Ford Dealership in Mesquite because I can't trust your store. I like Big O tires and would like to continue buying tires at your store but the follow-up quality is so bad I will probably go elsewhere for my next purchases.

Rich is a great service writer. The time quoted was 1/2 hour sooner. Texting when the tires were done was a great way to communicate.
