Excellent service as always

I had to get my tires balanced and I had scheduled an appointment at another dealer. I waited for an hour at the other service center after which I was told they could not service me and wanted to reschedule. I told them no and immediately called Big O. They got me in and out in under an hour. The work performed was great. I have used Big O previously but the other Reno location would not answer their phone so I opted for another company. The other company had problems when I showed up for the scheduled appointment as you read earlier, so I tried this location and was very satisfied.
