I was told by the Dealer that I needed rear Breaks.I have 21,000 on my car.I called Rick at Big O and he said to bring the car in and he would check them for me.I do not need Brakes, but will need tires,mostly because the dealer did not rotate the tires. I will get my tires next month from Rick.I used to take my old car there, and they were always honest and good to work with.

The guys did a great job of getting my 35' tires on my FJ Cruiser balanced.It made my ride to Wyoming much nicer.

Haven't had the need for new tires or flat tire for some time. My wife's new Grand Cherokee sustained a strange flat tire event. I sensed either a management or ownership change. This was a quick and pleasurable experience. Thanks!

I came in for a tire repair and scheduled rotation. Quick and effecient is the norm here.

I come in for a tire rotation and oil change.Rick says I need tires, but not until they go on sale in August.Thanks for saving me probably $100.00 or more.Now that is real customer focused service.Telling my wife the tires are fine until then made her feel safe in waiting.

My Chevrolet Silverado Truck Transmission fluid was dark brown from towing. The service flush was done properly, The fluid is bright pink as it should be to prevent severe damage to the unit. Good Job.

The first gentleman might have been having a bad day, was a little rude. Everyone else was very professional.

I found a dent in my left fender of my Jeep that I know was not there when I dropped it off. I can't prove it happen at the location. And I didn't confront anyone about it however it was very notable and I would have noticed it if it would have been there. I have always enjoyed shopping at this location and liked the service from the guys in the store. I will not be back to this big o tires.

I got a flat tire and had it towed to this location. It takes them a day to repair it. The very next day, flat again. So I take the tire off and take it to them, being that I live 15 miles away. Two hours later they say it's fixed again. Go home put it on and that night it was flat again. I call and call no answer. Never again Big O. YOU GUYS SUCK!
