I have been coming here for years, and there is very little that this "tire store" can't handle (including major services like timing belts). These guys are honest and fair, will not talk above your head and will take the time to explain anything you don't understand. Rick (store manager) and Wes (store owner) are wonderful, and they make sure the auto techs they oversee do the job right. Pricing is always competitive and WAY better than anything a dealership will quote you at. Some more advanced services require an appointment (alignments, brakes and suspension, etc.), but most simple things (oil changes, mounting and balancing, flat repairs) can be done on a walk-in basis. My wife and do a LOT of driving, and it seems like I'm in there every 6 weeks or so for one thing or another. Unless there is a MAJOR service that this shop can't do themselves, I won't take my car anywhere else.

Rick has always treated me with respect and taken care of my problems.

We have been using the Kietzke location for several years. Despite the change in ownership, the service has not waned. They continue to deliver excellent results and always have the best interest of the customer in mind. I never feel like they are just trying to get me to buy something. They only make suggestions when necessary not just to get a sale. I will never go anywhere else.

My boyfriend and I purchased tires from your store two years ago, and every time we come in for rotations or whatever, Rick remembers us and treats us like family--the kind of family you like, that is. Clean restrooms, attention to detail, prompt, courteous service, etc., etc. Thanks for such a great team!
