Management and technical staff were friendly and attentive. They diagnosed the problem, explained the likely cause, warned about possible other causes and problems, gave cost estimates for the various scenarios, and provided time estimates. As promised, they called when the necessary work was completed. The likely cause was the culprit, so repair work was completed at the low end of cost estimates and well within time estimates.

We use Big O tires on Kietzke for our shop. They are always friendly, we get good work and they stand by their work if something is wrong.

The tires on my Xterra were purchased at this store by the previous owner just before I bought it. Though the tire warranty doesn't pass to the new owner they have been great to me and fixed a flat at no charge and this week rotated my tires with no questions asked other than were the tires purchased there. I will go back and buy the next set of tires for the Xterra there because they have honored the free tire rotation.

Wes immediately acknowledged us when we entered the store, and as soon as Rick returned from the work area outside, he helped us. Rick told us how long the work would take and that he would call us as soon as the work was completed. And within his estimated time frame he called us. If only all businesses would be so customer friendly and efficient!

Rick is the man! He squeezed me in for a last minute snow tire swap before a big winter storm. He gave me great pointers on better all-season tires without any hint of upselling me, and was graciously handling a busy waiting area, checking in with all customers as appropriate. I won't hesitate to go back and recommend their services to anyone.

I went in to get new tires. Ralph says do you want to do a front end alignment? I said is it needed? He says it has been awhile since it has been done. They do it and sure enough it was out of spec. Nice catch. I am happy to pay them for what needs to be done, they have never steered me wrong...
