They were extremely polite and got me in and out quickly.

I had only initially went in for a low pressure tire, but the they caught that there was a nail in my tire! They were quick to fix it and had amazing attitudes. They were extremely kind and had excellent customer service.

Excellent work

Took in my Explorer for a leak in the driver's side rear and a flat trailer tire. They found a leak around the rim and cleaned and sealed it. No charge. They also had to order the trailer tire because it was too old.

Everyone here is awesome, professional, personable and knowledgeable.

I was on the road when my low tire pressure light came on. I called big o and talked with BRYCE, he told me be safe and they could take care of me when I got there. And he was amazing. Thoughtful,knowledgeable and Courteous. Big O will continue to be my go to place!

Excellent job. I made an appointment the day before and arrived on time. They found couple little issues with the truck so they had to order a part. It took a bit longer than expected because of that but it had to be fixed. I certainly recommend this shop for your automotive needs.
