Big O Tires

Store Manager Nick quickly diagnosed the problem as wheel balance and had me on the road shortly.

All aspects of my visit were great from check in to return of keys and exit.

Excellent service--I was there late afternoon ( I had called to make sure I could get in) and they got my car in immediately. They were don in about 15 or 20 minutes--nice to get in and out so quick. Nice job!

My only complaint is that the under body guard was hanging to the ground and I have to fix this myself now.

I had a wonderful experience at the 2061 Rock Springs Drive location. This was after I went to the 10127 W. Charleston Blvd location 5 times trying to get service. I almost gave up on Big O after being loyal customer in Northern California for 15+ years. I know that I would get great service somewhere, and Ryan at the 2061 Rock Springs location helped me in less than 15 minutes. I could have even had the tires mounted that day if I had the time, but we scheduled for 2 days later. Thank you to Ryan and everyone at the 2061 Rock Springs location. Great service that reaffirmed my faith in Big O Tires!

everyone was very nice and they were able to see when I was having trouble finding someone to make a repair on my tire.

These guys were awesome, I was short on time and they had 2 new tires on my truck and ready to go in less than 45 minutes

The the service agent went out to look at my tire then came inside and told me that I needed a new tire, the old one was trash. Told me the price and showed me a new tire. Called an hour and a half later telling me it was done!
