David is literally amazing!! He helped me with everything I needed. I sent my mom to get me an oil change & he was honest and recommended that I get the fuel injectors cleaned. I'm thankful to have spoken with David over the phone I sent my mom in I have been moving recently and have no time. I get an oil change every month and recently had a horrible experience at Centennial Kia. I will never go there again! I will always come to BIG O thanks to david!!

Tech did a great job explaining what they were going to do. The price was very reasonable and the time it took to complete was excellent.

I had purchased a full set of Big O tires few years ago, one of them had suffered road hazzard, and after inspecting was cracking a small bit. Even tho the 3 year warranty had expired, Big O still has a partial warranty in place that covers the customer if tire exhibits any kind of material defect. That was the case here, so I received a brand new tire at a fair pro-rated cost. The work was done right away and within an hour. I thought it was a fair exchange- very good customer service.

schedule appointment for next day early morning, dropped vehicle off with fast easy service, even prepaid for the tire rotation. Nick said it would take about 15 mins, returned 30 mins later and just got keys back and done.

The Team at this Big O tires is fantastic to work with. Courteous and professional. Originally thought Big O did just tires. Came in for tires and was able to get an oil change and fluid flush and rear shocks all at the same time, in about the same amount of time it took for new tires. Appreciated being able to get it all done at one place and at a reasonable price. Saved me several days and hours for the other appointments. Rich and Dave are the best!

I can't remember the store manager that was working that day, but schedule off. Came in for a tune up & couldn't be more happy with the service provided. The manager was very friendly & put my mind at ease that I was in good hands. Sometimes as a woman going to get your car serviced can be scary for me. My father died last year and did all my maintenance, so I appreciate the warm welcome and I will be back for "any"� service my car may need.
