Everyone at big o was very friendly and helpful. They got me back on the road in no time!

I was there about 15 minutes before my appointment. My truck was taken back on time and was done within 30 minutes. Everyone was nice and helpful.

Always quick, professional, knowledgeable. Been going here for two years now and they have never done me wrong, have me in and out quick for simple stuff and have even had parts ordered, delivered, and installed on a same day whim. They are great.

I have been bringing my cars here for years, I have never felt like they were making up problems, my car is always clean, and they are so thorough and fast!

Fast service, did courtesy inspection of my car to recommend preventive maintenance. Will be back in a few weeks to take care of them.

The person that helped me was very good. I almost didn't come in because in the past whoever was there talked down to me. But this time I got someone that knew customer service.

The gal at the desk was just marvelous, Great customer service. She definitely needed help, but she handled the large number of the customers graciously. If I have one complaint, it's that I have not received the loan documentation that was supposed to be emailed to me. Would you please look into this for me so that I get the documentation I require. Thank you
