Big O Tires

Thank you all for your help, understanding and fabulously thorough and detailed service. I have never had to do any service on my car before I have always had someone else take care of it. But due to health issues they are no longer able to explain to me what needed to be done. You gentlemen took time to help me and not just try to UPSELL me on serviced I did not need immediately. For this I commend you all. Thank You. Not only will I be back but my family and friends found out about your kindness and fantastic service and have asked for your address so they can have their cars serviced in your shop. Professional, kind and don't try to cheap

Wonderful honest customer service. Seemed to be actually concerned about the condition of a problem I was unaware of. Instead of wasting my money, they directed me directly to dealer as the problem may be much larger. They took time to show me what was wrong physically and explain the necessity of ensuring my car is safe and working.

The manager Andy was very helpful and informative during my visit! I really appreciate having someone I can trust with my vehicles.

Always friendly and courteous and all procedures explained fully in advance as well as being told afterward what was done and what will be needed in the future! A smile on everyone's face every time I've been there. Services may be a bit less expensive elsewhere, but I trust the employees here to be thorough and efficient.

Service was fast, courteous and a great value!

Every time I come here I am pleasantly surprised at the way all of the staff explains things to me in a way that I can understand. There was a very unpleasant customer in the shop when I walked in, but, neither of the gentlemen who were working with her ever let her attitude reflect back on the way they treated me. Their expressions during the confrontation with her did not reflect their frustration with her and did not carry over to their treatment of me. These guys are the only ones I trust to do anything to my car and I recommend them to everyone I know. Although I am not always happy with what they found, I know they are doing what's best for me and my automobile. They bend over backward to try to find alternatives to the expensive procedures needed to fix my car. If I could, they would get a 10 in satisfaction!

Excellent service...went in with a tire about to have a blow out on a Sunday afternoon. They were busy....only three guys working and the assistant manager said he would get me in even if they had to stay past closing to finish it. That is excellent customer service!!

I had an emergency with a tire that occurred late at night. I pulled off the freeway and the exit there was a Big O Tire store. I parked my car at the lot next door. In the morning I contacted the store and the store manager worked with me, viewed the tire damage, said he had the tire size in stock and arranged time for me to deliver key. My tire was changed out during the time I shared lunch with my son. I was highly satisfied with the service and professionalism provided.
