I was able to find tires for my car. I tried several other places and no one had the tires.

Everyone was so helpful and understanding. Quincy was a rockstar and very understanding about my budget. Everyone is always so nice when I go there.

Everything went according to plan. I was in and out in 45 min. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I will come back next time for sure.

Thanks again for taking such great care of me and my car, that is one less thing I have to worry about with this move to Washington state. Kristen and Rich were awesome. Thanks again!

Fast and easy

My brakes were done wrong by a new guy that doesn't work there any more. The problem was fixed . Thank you Big O for fixing my brakes and being so courteous and respectful

The staff was competent and friendly. Straight forward comnication and everything was as expected.

brought my wife's car in for one service and they found a bigger problem waiting to happen.The manager took the time to explain in layman terms the issue at hand.

It was quick and easy I said my sidewalk of my tire was cracked, the worker czarina was very nice and talked to me about all my options and tire prices.

Had problem with car shaking at high speeds. Spoke with Store Manager, Tom, who immediately informed me that the most likely problem would be in the Balancing of the Tires. Set up an appointment with him. He resolved the problem, got me in when I was scheduled, and got me right out. This is the guy to speak to!!!

The manager and employees are wonderful! They really make you feel like a person and not just a dollar sign.

I only came in for an oil change but Rich was very kind. I don't know a lot about cars and hadn't had my oil changed in a LONG time. It was definitely long overdue but he took care of it quickly.

not the first time at the O and will not be the last.

Though the tire installation/repair took longer than they thought, it was VERY understandable. They were very short staffed and were obviously working very hard to both help all customers, and to get more staff. I saw two new hires begin training while I was waiting. This branch will be even better with enough staff.
