Big O Tires

First time there was on an Thursday. I was shopping for tires. I was greeted by Jim, he was checking for the best tires also deals. I bought 4 tires, there was no pressure ot upselling. I was there again on Sunday 6/30/2019, need some work, where two other places was trying to upsell on everything. Jim didn't say an price till he and the tech seen the problems. He said an price that was way lower then everone else. I am going to take my car there and tell my friends and family. About the great customer service and how they won't pressure no one in anything that the customer doesn't need.

Went in to have the brakes checked out and got the oil changed. No further service was "�pushed' onto me. The gentleman was honest and told me things were still in decent condition. Service was fast. Everyone was friendly. Great experience altogether.

Bryce greeted me when I arrived. Talked about the services I wanted and they were completed on time and very happy with the results.

Both gentlemen who helped me were top notch. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. They were very good. They addressed my problem and had me on my way . BeSt experience at a Big O out of the many I've been too. Im not one to boast about A tire place but they were that good. Would recommend your facility to anyone who needed your service. Thank you

After visiting the West Charleston location in Las Vegas that didn’t have parking or interest in providing service, I went to this location, was assisted by friendly, willing, and helpful staff. They went the extra mile to get the tires I needed, kept me informed, and provided the car much earlier than I expected

I've been going to this location for a couple of years now and every time they have been very professional, tried to get to my vehicle in my appointment time (wasn't always possible but close) and the rates are comparable to other companies doing similar service but I know it's being done and right. Bryce was a wonderful face of the business. He was efficient and helpful. I was a drop in (your shop is across the street from my new office and I saw it on the way to work and stopped in) and was so pleased that they were able to get me in immediately, identify the problem and had everything fixed within a couple hours. I am happy to have found a place that I can call ‘my shop!’

Went in for a belt problem and turns out my car had a different issue that caused the belt to strip. Before doing any work they showed me the issue and gave me alternatives/info about the issue my car had. Very polite, quick work.

The customer service from Bryce, Andy and Vic was pleasurable. While Bryce carries and inviting smile pleasant persona. Andy and Vic acknowledged me by name and even remembered previous work I have had in the past. Great family feel!!!!
