Hi...I was impressed with the great service and the immediate attention given by Marlo and techs....helping me choose the right tires for my Kia Optima and the package deal with the alignment included. My car is running real smoothly on the freeway with my new tires. I was also impressed with the Tech checking my battery and the AC filter inside the car (did not know there was one inside for my breathing). Thanks for the great service!

It was really easy and simple to get my tires changed. They had to order my tires from another store and they got there the same day. From the quote to the install they made it easy.

Everything it's been good except for the one day experience one off the employee told me that they didn't have regular oil only sintetic wen I didn't need that caind,i went some were else instead,he told me we ran out off that regular oil,like realy,but other than that it's OK thank u for your service.the more deals I get the better..

We first went to Big-O-Tires for a free rubber patching (had a nail in my front drivers side tire). Later we needed new back breaks on our '02 Honda Accord. Now we checked out the dealership (same place we purchased the car). They quoted us a price of almost $600.00. I about slapped the little guy behind the counter. So after price checking a few other places. We received quotes between $400-500.00. We decided to give Big-O-Tires a call. When they gave us a quote of just under $300.00 (including labor) I could not believe it. I thought I was hearing things. So we made an appointment and off we went. Sure enough the quote was the same price for a full set (the whole package) of back breaks and the girl friend and I were very happy. So happy we added three brand new tires on to the tab. Thank you to the friendly guys at Big-O-Tires. We appreciate a good HONEST place to repair our vehicles (unlike Honda dealership). The place was clean and customer service was top notch. I will be a returning customer from now on.

We have used them before and have had good service in the past. We went to Walmart and they said 2-4 hr wait. We didn’t want to wait so we drove the big o tires and got right in.

I was greeted at the door and the gentleman assisting me was very helpful. I came back next day to pick up the 2 tires and they loaded in my truck and I was on my way. Service like this is hard to come by in Vegas!!

Everyone was just so nice and the price was amazing. I compared it to other places and this was by far the cheapest. Even though the price increased because of the type of oil I needed it was still cheaper than everyone else

Initial estimate for for a two hour wait to complete the service. Called me up to the counter in about an hour.

Went in for an oil change, they were very fast. my air filter was horrible, but instead of just telling me they showed me so it didn't seem tricky. I've been there before with a nail in my tire. they were so busy and i was in a hurry to an appointment. they got me in and out so fast i decided to go there from then on and i have.
