I only had a problem when my car was complete and ready. It took 30 minutes waiting as the associate checked in others and not said anything until I complain and the customer let me go ahead. This is totally unacceptable to have my car ready for check out while others are checking in.

Brought my car in for an oil change. As always a job well done. I will continue to bring my car in for service in the future.

I damaged a tire late Friday afternoon and Big O Tire was right across the street. Andy came out looked at the damage and wrote up an estimate immediately. He could tell that I was distraught and was kind and expeditious with my vehicle. I was in and out in a short amount of time. I also watched Andy work with other customers and he was kind, respectful, and resourceful with each one of them. He made the process seem less painful.

WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Many thanks to Kristen Osbourne who found me the best deal possible when I had to replace all four of my tires on a tight budget. She had the tires brought in to the store that afternoon and Mechanic Joseph balanced, mounted, and aligned all four tires in record time. Store manager Rich Knitowski, Thank you for taking the time out between customers to converse and laugh with me while I waited. I'm definitely referring friends and family to the Rock Springs location and doing my business there from now on!

Good communication and good service. Very freindly. Just a quick point...The only reason I would not be likely to go back to that location is that there is a closer one to my house. This one was convenient as it was on my way home after a blowout.
