Big O Tires

Marlo the new manager was very nice and friendly to everyone who walked in the door even though they were very busy due to Labor Day weekend. She politely let everyone know that she will be with them and if they had a quick question she may be able to answer to shorten their wait time. Since the only thing that I needed was a tire patch she was able to get me in and out quickly. Bryant did a great job on my tire. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Hope I don't need another patch any time soon. However if I do I know exactly where to come. Thank you all and hopefully you will have a great Labor Day Weekend.

I was trading in my truck and got a puncture on a fairly new tire. I didn't want to spend a lot of money buying a new tire so I called Big O. After speaking to the sales representative he said they patch & plug for free. Well I did buy a new truck and when I have to replace all the tires Big O will earn my business. As usual, the staff was extremely helpful and empathetic with my situation. The best thing about my day was that the car broke down a block from Big O which is my usual choice for auto repairs!! I knew I could trust them to fix my car right and not overcharge me.

The big O tires on Charleston damage in my car beyond repair you never ever contacted me to pay restitution I spent close to $2200 and I had to pay an additional 2400 to get it running again when I brought the car running in my phone number 747-215-4451 I went back to this one on Lake Mead because Mark was no longer there abusive loudmouth bully the new manager there was very nice and pleasant on the other hand the manager on the Charlton one was rude and disgusting and lied he changed one of my gas tanks and it still hasThe original date of October 30, 2006
