Big O Tires

Marlo the new manager was very nice and friendly to everyone who walked in the door even though they were very busy due to Labor Day weekend. She politely let everyone know that she will be with them and if they had a quick question she may be able to answer to shorten their wait time. Since the only thing that I needed was a tire patch she was able to get me in and out quickly. Bryant did a great job on my tire. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Hope I don't need another patch any time soon. However if I do I know exactly where to come. Thank you all and hopefully you will have a great Labor Day Weekend.

Great product and service. Fast. Andy explained everything so it was easy to understand and he was very nice. A pleasure to speak too. Price was half what dealer quoted.

Big O tires on Rock Springs is horrible, they told me things were broken that weren't broke, and wasted my time trying to upsell me, then diddnt even fix my truck. They were required to send it over to Centennial location where Ben was able to fix my truck. Ben is the best and if it wasn't for him I would be very unhappy. I hope Ben is treated well at the Centennial location and gets recognized for his honesty and integrity.

Service person was new but did a good job. Theowner or manager was great and on top of everything. Oil change was fast and good service.

I was trading in my truck and got a puncture on a fairly new tire. I didn't want to spend a lot of money buying a new tire so I called Big O. After speaking to the sales representative he said they patch & plug for free. Well I did buy a new truck and when I have to replace all the tires Big O will earn my business.
