The big O tires on Charleston damage in my car beyond repair you never ever contacted me to pay restitution I spent close to $2200 and I had to pay an additional 2400 to get it running again when I brought the car running in my phone number 747-215-4451 I went back to this one on Lake Mead because Mark was no longer there abusive loudmouth bully the new manager there was very nice and pleasant on the other hand the manager on the Charlton one was rude and disgusting and lied he changed one of my gas tanks and it still hasThe original date of October 30, 2006

The service was excellent. However, when I got home I reviewed the bill and noticed that I was charged for some type of "insurance" for the two tires I purchased. The store called me back and corrected this by issuing me a refund. GREAT JOB! Mark McNett 805.857.3577 (cell)

The Staff is excellent to deal with. Very clean and well maintain waiting area. The time they predicted to finish my car was right on. The price was right. I'll definitely be back.
