I am very satisfied with this store and its service.

Felt very comfortable with the staff knowledge!

So I wrote a review earlier about the service and I want to apologize about how I worded it. Even though They had chaos about the tires in stock and I had to go back for the alignment the next day they still gave my van great service and Tom who is the manager took time to open my hood which was stuck at no extra cost Thank you Tom for your courtesy.

I GOT WHAT I WANTED AND TO INCLUDE ALL AUTO SERVICES IN ONE PLACE IS A PLUS IN MY BOOK.

Mark and the manager were both very attentive and helpful. I will definitely be back.

Fast Friendly service

I had only an oil change performed, but I was very satisfied with the time it took to complete, the price of the service and the follow up. Let me explain: The way my car is designed, it is almost impossible to change the oil filter without oil dripping onto frame rails, below, and pooling out of sight of the technician doing the change. When that happens, the pooled oil drips from the frame onto the pavement following a change and makes it look as if there is "seepage" from somewhere. Aware of this, as soon as I noticed the oil spot on the driveway, I drove back to Big O and the cross member beneath the filter was wiped off (no charge..that you). Now all is great. I think that the Big O employees did a fine job and I will be a return customer.

I had recently replaced a tire that was damaged from hitting a pot hole. I needed to replace the other three tires do to wear and tear, so I stopped in one day at about 1:00 p.m. to get a quote. They had the tires in stock that I needed and quoted me a price I was happy with. It took about an hour and I drove off with new tires.

The job was done quickly and professionally. The Big O on Rock Springs will be my new go to place for my car. The employees were courteous and professional.

Darrin was so friendly and very informative. He thoroughly explained the tire purchase and warranty. The price for the replacement tire was reasonable.

A guy named David helped me out and he was great he got right to me I didn't have to wait and took care of everything. Made my experience awesome! If you're reading this Thanks David hope to see you help me in the future
