Big O Tires

I came in May 5th, mid morning. I was greeted by a friendly employee who checked my tire pressure all around - my low air icon was on and it looked like the front left tire was a tad low - but he checked them all. In the service bay it went and the front left tire had a machine screw in it. I kept the screw as a souvenir - anyway - this young man promptly removed the tire and performed all necessary inspections and fixed my flat. For Free. I cannot say enough good about this particular Big O location. This is the second time they've helped me, the first was with another car and they replaced a faulty valve stem. No charge. I will bring Big O all future tire business, and I'll also bring my vehicles here for oil changes. I'm switching from PB's to Big O and I'll definitely recommend to my friends. Great Job!

Upon initial arrival around 1:00pm I was told it would be a two hour wait even though I had a 1:00pm. I was not happy and Mark advised that the local appointments and the web appointments sometimes clash. He did offer to rescedule me for tomorrow but I said I would wait. However as I sat down he informed me that he was able to get my car in and the service was completed in a little over a half hour.

Got four new tires last year and came back to get my car tires aligned and re balanced.

They were extremely polite and got me in and out quickly.

Customer service in this place is amazing, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of all service and needs of the customer. i was in here getting tires for my suburban and Dave couldn't have provided us with better care and great deals on tires, I'm very satisfied with service and will recommend friends and family to this location and to ask for Dave so they could receive the same great service I received.

I cannot tell you how utterly delighted and pleased I was with the service provided me at your Rock Springs location. Marlo, who handled the entire store with people constantly streaming in, phones ringing, and attempting to help everyone already being serviced, was a dynamo. The entire time I was there she handled simultaneously (because we encountered difficulties with my credit application for free financing for 3/mos.-not the card) my problems concurrently with usually three people in line, for whom she quickly answered questions and made appointments while answering the phone, dealing with me, and dealing with the techs who were bringing information on people's repairs. Anthony, the tech, brought out my air filter so I could see how gummed and blocked (from other cars' exhaust-no smoking in my car) the filter was. I knew my windshield wipers were bad; they replaced them. I'm going back tomorrow to have the fuel line flushed by your master mechanic. Very impressive performance by Marlo, Teresa, and Anthony. You guys were busy on Sunday!!!!! Thanks for everything!!!

From the moment I called up until I spoke to the gentleman at the counter he was very polite. He answered all of my questions and even provided me with info that I didn’t know about servicing my car.
