Employees were extremely nice and knowledgeable. The wait time I thought was too long. Had an appointment and it took 2.5 hours to complete service.

As per usual GREAT SERVICE, and pleasant workers! The only issue is that on my last visit, they found the oil pan screw was stripped. The cost of this is @ $500. The only place I have ever taken my car for service is Big O. It stands to reason that the screw got stripped when Big O changed the oil. I do not think I should be responsible to pay the full amount of this!

Thursday evening in the heat of July in Las Vegas we have a tire issue and we were supposed to leave for home the next morning.Dave stayed open till we get all the way across Vegas at commute time.He put us at ease, made us comfortable and said he was there till the job could get done.By the time we got there our car had overheated and we were leaking fluid.He also helped us with that and made us feel very comfortable while we waited.A total asset to that store.The other places we had called that were closer to our hotel would not help us or even stay open a little later till we could get there.

Had to have my truck towed in last week after it died on the side of the road. Tom and Noel started tests in a timely manner and quickly determined it was the alternator. The part was ordered and installed in just over an hour. They were very courteous, and respectful. I will definitely return for all my automotive needs!

Everything from ordering the tires to their delivery and installation was on time.

Mike was amazing and took great care of me. I sliced one of my tires on my brand new truck with less than 1000 miles on it. They had to order me a new tire but suggested I left them the damaged tire since I already had my spare on the vehicle, that way once the new tire came in they could mount and balance the new tire. I did just that and the next day the tire arrived, they mounted and balanced the new tire and gave me a call. I was in and out so fast. All I had to do was swing by and let them swap the new tire with my spare. I could not be more pleased with my visit. They have me as a customer for life.
