The person taking care of me was terrific, honest and knowledgeable. Even though I was disappointed that you no longer honor your service agreements after 3 years, I still stayed and paid a fortunate for an oil change because I found my service person to be so honest and not hard selling. I always enjoyed a relationship with Big O with my car, my boyfriends, and my kids - never went anywhere else for tires. I will have to look around to make sure you are still the best deal without the warranty/lifetime rotation etc. before I purchase new set which is due now. But your help was the best!

I've been to Big O Tires for a new set of tires in the past but a few months ago I had the pleasure of meeting Dave, (David). I was not too happy about the work that was needed on my car, (but now I am very happy to know someone figured out the horrible squealing noise), and to top it off they were sent a defective replacement part which delayed my car another day. Of course I was frustrated but Dave was so gracious in how he handled the situation that I left there feeling pretty good about having to wait. That never happens anywhere! Dave is truly awesome!! My car was done the next morning in perfect time. I had another never ending car problem recently and although I have gone to the same auto service for six years I was so impressed with Dave and the service it made me come back to Big O Tires which is now my new auto service home! Thank you Dave!!!

I had a blow out on the freeway, the exit was not far, and I slowly drove to the dealership. The tire was shreded and thankfully they had a proper replacement.

I did not wait for a long time. David help me out and explain what i need for my car.

My initial interaction with the associates was outstanding. I spoke with Darren and Sean they were both friendly and courteous. My appt date was smooth. No issues.

Excellent job. I made an appointment the day before and arrived on time. They found couple little issues with the truck so they had to order a part. It took a bit longer than expected because of that but it had to be fixed. I certainly recommend this shop for your automotive needs.

I took my Blazer in for an A/C repair estimate. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I had made an appointment online, and the manager, Tom assigned someone to look at my issue almost immediately. I was given detailed information on what was needed and pricing, and decided to have the work done that same day. I was out in less than 2 hours with freezing cold A/C and the mechanics explained everything that they were doing without being condescending. I will definitely be going back for all of my future automotive needs, and thank all the crew (John, Alex, Tom, Dave) for making this a pleasant experience.

This is the only place for our family and its automotive needs! The service is above any we have seen and its always a pleasure to bring our needs to them. The service manager is efficient and always a pleasure to work with. The work is backed by more than a policy its backed by their commitment to service and customer loyalty.
