Big O Tires

I had an 8:30 am appt. They took my car before the appt. And did everything that was suppose to do.

Randy was a great help and made sure I left with the appropriate heavy duty tires I need to run my business in a safe manner

I called to set up an appointment, the person was pleasant. I arrived 15 minutes early, they took in as if I was at my appointment. The person was pleasant and answered all my questions. They gave me the lowest rate possible for my services needed and recommend additional services. They told me the wait time would be 45 minutes and they were correct! I will definitely bring my second car in services it needs and bring back my first car. Service department is great!

The working staff at that outlet was extremely helpful...... I felt very confident of their capacity to handle my task at hand that day.... and any the future tasks that I may have as they arise...... I am certainly glad that I looked at that branch for my tire needs and look forward to doing business with them again......

All the service associates were pleasant and helpful with my girlfriend for her first visit.. she only had nice things to say about how helpful they where.

Purchased new tires in November and had a flat tire when I went out to go to work. Took the tire to Big O to get it fixed and put back on my car. Tire had to be replaced but they were able to get my car in and out right away. Thank you so much as I did not want to drive my car all day with a "donut"� on it.
