Big O Tires

I had an 8:30 am appt. They took my car before the appt. And did everything that was suppose to do.

I was not.

I called to set up an appointment, the person was pleasant. I arrived 15 minutes early, they took in as if I was at my appointment. The person was pleasant and answered all my questions. They gave me the lowest rate possible for my services needed and recommend additional services. They told me the wait time would be 45 minutes and they were correct! I will definitely bring my second car in services it needs and bring back my first car. Service department is great!

Very friendly and all around good service

The staff were, and always are, friendly and take great care of my car. I was there 05/29/24 at 1:00 for an oil change and air for my tires. Both the mechanic and front of house were great, knowledgeable and hard working.

Purchased new tires in November and had a flat tire when I went out to go to work. Took the tire to Big O to get it fixed and put back on my car. Tire had to be replaced but they were able to get my car in and out right away. Thank you so much as I did not want to drive my car all day with a "donut"� on it.

I had no appointment, but needed to be seen that day. The guys got me in, got my tires and alignment done within a couple of hours. Big O kinda saved my day.

Flat tire on us 95 and went to store they had my tire in stock and was afforable. I previously looked at Pepboys and Bigo Provided better price and overall service.
