I called to set up an appointment, the person was pleasant. I arrived 15 minutes early, they took in as if I was at my appointment. The person was pleasant and answered all my questions. They gave me the lowest rate possible for my services needed and recommend additional services. They told me the wait time would be 45 minutes and they were correct! I will definitely bring my second car in services it needs and bring back my first car. Service department is great!

My most recent experience here was with a leaky radiator, the crew was friendly and professional as always. Tom and Dave communicated the issue to me, and once I approved the repair they resolved the problem in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the team there and will continue to go there for all my automotive needs.

Purchased new tires in November and had a flat tire when I went out to go to work. Took the tire to Big O to get it fixed and put back on my car. Tire had to be replaced but they were able to get my car in and out right away. Thank you so much as I did not want to drive my car all day with a "donut"� on it.

I have been coming to this store for eight years and I have always been taken care of in all my two cars. When I have a car problem, I always go to this store. When I lived on the east side of town, I went to the B O there. Anthony was very knowledgeable and was very considerate.
