I took both my vehicles there over the weekend to get oil changes. First vehicle experience was good. When I took the second vehicle in the tech tried telling me that I needed to change the transmission fluid (or something like that) because it was recommended every so many miles which is fine but they 1. didn't look at the fuid and 2. didn't look at their records to see if I already had it done. Thankfully I remembered that it was done not so long ago. I feel like he did this because I'm a woman and thinks I dont know anything about cars.

The manager was definitely setting the example. He was polite, knowledgeable professional and friendly. He would talk to you and keep you updated about your vehicle. They did not take a lot of time and a lot more for your money then competitors in town. Really good location led by an amazing manager.

Store was very cooperative in rechecking my wheel alignment even though it was 2 days past my 6 month warranty. They found that it needed a minor adjustment and took care of it with no problem. However, I was also due a free semi-synthetic oil change that was supposed to have been entered on my service record by the person who had taken care of my previous visit to the facility, and there was no such record. In fairness, the current manager offered to "do something about it" but I was not ready to have the oil changed just then. I plan to revisit this issue in the near future.

The service to the experience was excellent in all regards; however a situation happened to where my cup holder in my vehicle was broken. The store manager apparently attributed the damage as normal wear and tear and would not provide me any kind of compensation other than to offer an oil change. I placed a call in to your 800 number but I've never received any call back regarding that situation of the broken cup holder. I feel that I should have better resolution than to have my character put to question and have my vehicle damage claim denied in such a way that it apparently makes me feel that I'm the bad guy here. I would still like to have a return call to my number area codes 702-992-1294 to further discuss the matter.
