Big O Tires

Just had my oil changed and tires rotated. Watched the technician do the work. He was the most professional I think I have ever seen. Was very precise, very clean and very thorough. Would definitely come back again.

Was looking to get new tires and this location had helped us in the past. The other one on West Charleston does not have the same good service with its customers so we have switched over to this location and have not been disappointed. They did not have one tire we needed so they got it from another store and took good care of us.

This is my go to place for all of my car repairs.

Needed tires, alignment, oil change and front headlight. Was told 1.5 - 2 hrs was more like 4+ hrs. Staff was friendly though. Also, I was told my headlight was working so they didn't need to change it, however, at dark, i found it not to be working.

Some people know what they need! Don't have to try and sell them something else. Opt out should be a choice at the beginning. I just wanted an oil change. That's it.

New customer! My oil light came on & started flashing on my lunch break. I Googled oil change near me. This place came up with a rapid oil change at a low price. I waited til after work to see if the oil light came back on. It did so I called them just after 5pm to see if they could fit me in before they closed at 6pm. I was told to come on over & they'd take care of it which they did! Very happy with the service received! Will now be a recurring customer!
