Big O Tires

I used them last week for a balance and rotation on my tires. A little pricey, but overall they had good customer service and got the job done.

I was able to equip my van with four new light truck tires under a "buy two get two free" discount. An all four wheel alignment was included in the price. All four tires are warrantied for three years and the alignment is warrantied for a year. I was expecting to pay between $700 and $800 and was extremely pleased to find that the entire price was $531.25. Marlo, the manager, was very pleasant and Jonathan was my front office associate who took care of me. I was very happy with all aspects of this purchase. Teresa, the tech, did a fine job installing the tires, doing the alignment and keeping the best tire off the van as a spare. The whole experience was one to remember!!!!!

I've got chrome wheels they were extremely dirty after installing the tires they were clean when I brought the truck in. Also two valve caps were missing on the tires. Otherwise fairly good job

Took my truck in because it was riding rough, Rich looked at it and noticed the tire was shredding. He was very professional and personable, kept me up to date on progress and worked around my schedule.

They were helpful in finding the tires I wanted for my SUV.

I don'tknow if they change employes or it is ander new manager but I was so sorpise in how fast they taker of me I'm stop taking my car for oil change because before they take forever I think I will give another chance to take my cars and see

I would like to say a couple of things. The manager deserves a raise for how he handled a couple of disgruntled customers while my family was there. Honestly, he spent too much time trying to make them happy as they were upset about something that happened at another location. Also, the entire store was swarmed by Africanized Honey Bees. My wife and son were attached just outside the front door. The staff, understandably so, were freaked out as were we. However, they didn't seem to show any concern for customer safety. Eventually the swarm settled back to their hive which was located in a bush literally right next to our car. They didn't offer to move it from the location they parked it at when service was finished to allow us to enter it safely. I did manage to retrieve my car without getting stung but was left shaken. The guys were nice and helpful I have aa bad hip and can't walk without my cane. They were so helpful I wish I could have tipped them but didn't have the money to do so.
