Big O Tires

used them last week to change my oil. they where very helpful and remembering me.

The person taking care of me was terrific, honest and knowledgeable. Even though I was disappointed that you no longer honor your service agreements after 3 years, I still stayed and paid a fortunate for an oil change because I found my service person to be so honest and not hard selling. I always enjoyed a relationship with Big O with my car, my boyfriends, and my kids - never went anywhere else for tires. I will have to look around to make sure you are still the best deal without the warranty/lifetime rotation etc. before I purchase new set which is due now. But your help was the best!

I had to take my car back in for additional work but they was really great at helping me out. The manager Tom was very helpful and the guy who gave me a ride home while my car was being worked on and picked me up was very helpful and friendly. Thank you Big O. I appreciate the great service. I've been to Big O Tires for a new set of tires in the past but a few months ago I had the pleasure of meeting Dave, (David). I was not too happy about the work that was needed on my car, (but now I am very happy to know someone figured out the horrible squealing noise), and to top it off they were sent a defective replacement part which delayed my car another day. Of course I was frustrated but Dave was so gracious in how he handled the situation that I left there feeling pretty good about having to wait. That never happens anywhere! Dave is truly awesome!! My car was done the next morning in perfect time. I had another never ending car problem recently and although I have gone to the same auto service for six years I was so impressed with Dave and the service it made me come back to Big O Tires which is now my new auto service home! Thank you Dave!!!

I live close by the shop. I can drop my car off right after work (5pm) walk home change my cloths, grab a hot dog next door and my wait on my car. Before I know it the oil change is done and tires are leveled with air. No complaints from me.

David is literally amazing!! He helped me with everything I needed. I sent my mom to get me an oil change & he was honest and recommended that I get the fuel injectors cleaned. I'm thankful to have spoken with David over the phone I sent my mom in I have been moving recently and have no time. I get an oil change every month and recently had a horrible experience at Centennial Kia. I will never go there again! I will always come to BIG O thanks to david!!

I used there services 4 the first time on Friday 8/12/16 n was happy wit it / but I did end up being there longer than I thought I should / I would recommend goin 2 them 4 all ur tire needs

I had purchased a full set of Big O tires few years ago, one of them had suffered road hazzard, and after inspecting was cracking a small bit. Even tho the 3 year warranty had expired, Big O still has a partial warranty in place that covers the customer if tire exhibits any kind of material defect. That was the case here, so I received a brand new tire at a fair pro-rated cost. The work was done right away and within an hour. I thought it was a fair exchange- very good customer service.

Flush was not done only coolant replaced. Other wise ok

I had an tire with a puncture in the sidewall that couldn't be repaired. I was covered with road hazard and they replace the tire and got me on the road. I found later that they had substituted a different brand of tire. When I went back to check why I was told they didn't have my tire in stock at that time. I should have been told that they were substituting a different tire.

The Team at this Big O tires is fantastic to work with. Courteous and professional. Originally thought Big O did just tires. Came in for tires and was able to get an oil change and fluid flush and rear shocks all at the same time, in about the same amount of time it took for new tires. Appreciated being able to get it all done at one place and at a reasonable price. Saved me several days and hours for the other appointments. Rich and Dave are the best!

they are fast, but did not rotate my tires. That was supposed to be included in the package I bought for the oil change. They also advised a buy 2 get 2 free sale. They want to charged $250 for 1 tire when Discount tire charges $150 for the same tire. CRAZY!

I needed wheel alignment since I hit a curb. The mechanicwas very helpful in explaining what to do to straighten the wheel. In addition,he checked the air in my tires and refilled the oil tank. I used them for a few years already and will always go back as a 'Happy Customer"
