Big O Tires

When I arrived I told the worker I wanted to buy some tires but if they didn't have my size in stock I would go somewhere else. I told him my size and he said he had them in stock. After over an hour of waiting only the front tires were changed I asked what the hold up us and they say waiting on 2 more tires coming from another store. Told me they would have my car done in 30-40 minutes. Well 35 minutes later and still waiting on the tires to arrive than they still need to do a wheel alignment. This is bullshit!!

I had purchased a full set of Big O tires few years ago, one of them had suffered road hazzard, and after inspecting was cracking a small bit. Even tho the 3 year warranty had expired, Big O still has a partial warranty in place that covers the customer if tire exhibits any kind of material defect. That was the case here, so I received a brand new tire at a fair pro-rated cost. The work was done right away and within an hour. I thought it was a fair exchange- very good customer service.

Check engine light on and determined by Auto Zone AND Big O part code indicates part needed. Purchased Purge Valve Solenoid; had installed and 1 day later, check engine light is back on. Taking car back on 10/3/19 at 8:00 am. Very time consuming and annoying.

Fast and friendly

Was very under staffed. And didnt communicate with us after 2 1/2 hours waiting for my car then had to go back the next day. My brand new tires were low.

The Team at this Big O tires is fantastic to work with. Courteous and professional. Originally thought Big O did just tires. Came in for tires and was able to get an oil change and fluid flush and rear shocks all at the same time, in about the same amount of time it took for new tires. Appreciated being able to get it all done at one place and at a reasonable price. Saved me several days and hours for the other appointments. Rich and Dave are the best!

Needed a new tire for a flat. They said they needed to order it. Not a big deal, said I'd come back tomorrow. I left my rim so all they had to do it put it on my car when I came back. Took an hour and a half. No one else was there.

I needed wheel alignment since I hit a curb. The mechanicwas very helpful in explaining what to do to straighten the wheel. In addition,he checked the air in my tires and refilled the oil tank. I used them for a few years already and will always go back as a 'Happy Customer"

Had to return vehicle to service - hard pulling to right after Big O did front end alignment. Unhappy with original service. They did correct problem on return visit.

The great service we receive at Big O both in Utah and Nevada "blows our hair back"�. This is especially remarkable as my husband is bald. No, really, Big O is exceptional. How can one company have such a consistently nice group of men on staff? The customer service and the tire technicians are outstanding. I am committed to Big O. Will never buy tires elsewhere. Thank you, Big O. May you prosper for the remainder of the millennium and beyond. (That's 880+ more years).

Bought two new tires. After receiving my car back, I had to fill all the tires and I'm pretty sure if I was a girl,the service may have been better.

My experience with The "Big" O, on the 17th of August 2015 at the rock springs location in Las Vegas, was beyond exceptional.Knowledge of their product, along with their integrity of heart, made my visit more than a middling purchase.When I left I had the utmost respect for all those that helped me with my purchase decision, as well as those that labored on the servicing of my vehicle. Wow! Slow day it was like they were trying to make an up sale to make the sale of the day. I went it for a free break test and i got a quote for $863 really??? Just to let you know I had it done else where for half of that!! I dont think I will be back..

They did a good job

Started out great the Assistant mgr Mike was extremely nice. Upon paying for my oil change and leaving they stopped me pulling out of the parking lot as the failed to put my air filter in my car so I pulled back up for them to replace it and then I was able to leave. The next day driving my car I noticed my car sounded loud and had no power at acceleration so I returned to have them check it out. Assistant mgr Mike again very nice went out started my car and opened the hood to look and found they had not properly replaced the housing to the air filter and pulled it back into the shop to put it back together. He came back and gave me two free oil changes for my inconvenience. I appreciate how he handled the situation and hope that it was just a bad day for the techs that performed my oil change and not a normal occurrence.
