Big O Tires

When I arrived I told the worker I wanted to buy some tires but if they didn't have my size in stock I would go somewhere else. I told him my size and he said he had them in stock. After over an hour of waiting only the front tires were changed I asked what the hold up us and they say waiting on 2 more tires coming from another store. Told me they would have my car done in 30-40 minutes. Well 35 minutes later and still waiting on the tires to arrive than they still need to do a wheel alignment. This is bullshit!!

The great service we receive at Big O both in Utah and Nevada "blows our hair back"�. This is especially remarkable as my husband is bald. No, really, Big O is exceptional. How can one company have such a consistently nice group of men on staff? The customer service and the tire technicians are outstanding. I am committed to Big O. Will never buy tires elsewhere. Thank you, Big O. May you prosper for the remainder of the millennium and beyond. (That's 880+ more years).

They need more help both at counter and in shop

My experience with The "Big" O, on the 17th of August 2015 at the rock springs location in Las Vegas, was beyond exceptional.Knowledge of their product, along with their integrity of heart, made my visit more than a middling purchase.When I left I had the utmost respect for all those that helped me with my purchase decision, as well as those that labored on the servicing of my vehicle. Check engine light on and determined by Auto Zone AND Big O part code indicates part needed. Purchased Purge Valve Solenoid; had installed and 1 day later, check engine light is back on. Taking car back on 10/3/19 at 8:00 am. Very time consuming and annoying.

They did a good job

Was very under staffed. And didnt communicate with us after 2 1/2 hours waiting for my car then had to go back the next day. My brand new tires were low.

Very friendly service from all your employees and fast service!

Needed a new tire for a flat. They said they needed to order it. Not a big deal, said I'd come back tomorrow. I left my rim so all they had to do it put it on my car when I came back. Took an hour and a half. No one else was there.

Had to return vehicle to service - hard pulling to right after Big O did front end alignment. Unhappy with original service. They did correct problem on return visit.

They car my car in and out in two hours. They did everything they said they would. Fast and friendly service with a smile. Will come back over and over.

Bought two new tires. After receiving my car back, I had to fill all the tires and I'm pretty sure if I was a girl,the service may have been better.

Wow! Slow day it was like they were trying to make an up sale to make the sale of the day. I went it for a free break test and i got a quote for $863 really??? Just to let you know I had it done else where for half of that!! I dont think I will be back..

Started out great the Assistant mgr Mike was extremely nice. Upon paying for my oil change and leaving they stopped me pulling out of the parking lot as the failed to put my air filter in my car so I pulled back up for them to replace it and then I was able to leave. The next day driving my car I noticed my car sounded loud and had no power at acceleration so I returned to have them check it out. Assistant mgr Mike again very nice went out started my car and opened the hood to look and found they had not properly replaced the housing to the air filter and pulled it back into the shop to put it back together. He came back and gave me two free oil changes for my inconvenience. I appreciate how he handled the situation and hope that it was just a bad day for the techs that performed my oil change and not a normal occurrence.

I took my Blazer in for an A/C repair estimate. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I had made an appointment online, and the manager, Tom assigned someone to look at my issue almost immediately. I was given detailed information on what was needed and pricing, and decided to have the work done that same day. I was out in less than 2 hours with freezing cold A/C and the mechanics explained everything that they were doing without being condescending. I will definitely be going back for all of my future automotive needs, and thank all the crew (John, Alex, Tom, Dave) for making this a pleasant experience.

I had called down and spoke with Rich, he was awesome, I bought a set of tires for my car. Two weeks later my girlfriends car was shaking when she was driving I took it in and Rich helped me again he helped me out and I got 2 tires for her car. I really appreciate his customer service, when I left the second time I left my water bottle behind and Rich called me to let me know I left it at the store. That's going above and beyond, I will definitely be coming back to your guys store! Thanks
