Rep did not recommend a new tire, he did not rotate tires either, when I asked him why didn't he rotate his response was one tire was bald. And I stated so you not going to change any of the tires or say anything about me purchasing a new one? He was standoffish and was not very pleasant. He needs to be TRAINED in customer service and his job obviously.

I had called down and spoke with Rich, he was awesome, I bought a set of tires for my car. Two weeks later my girlfriends car was shaking when she was driving I took it in and Rich helped me again he helped me out and I got 2 tires for her car. I really appreciate his customer service, when I left the second time I left my water bottle behind and Rich called me to let me know I left it at the store. That's going above and beyond, I will definitely be coming back to your guys store! Thanks

charging $25 for "shop supplies" is outrageous. Just another way to scam money out of their customers. Will not be going back again to these people anytime soon. Too many other choices.

The one major issue I had, and still have pending; I was charged and paid $80 for a tire rotation and balance, and they didn't complete either. They replaced a tire rod and the wheel alignment was excellent, but not crediting me immediately for the $80 of non work, when I pointed it out right after paying the $566 bill is unacceptable!! I am still waiting for a credit, they said 5 to 10 days from corporate, now up to a month or longer for $80 credit. To be fair, they offered next day service with a oil change, but it was Monday and I was unable. Please help! Respectfully, Jesse Herrera 702-372-5855

Mike was a big help for me. I needed my front rotors and brake pads put on my Nissan Sentra. They gave me a good price and competed the work a lot quicker than I had anticipated.

The store on Rock Springs consistently provides quality service at a fair price. I feel like they care about their customers. They don't try to jack up the price with unnecessary repairs but will advise you if something could become a problem, leaving the decisions up to you as the owner. In fact, if more work is needed, their personnel look for any coupons they can apply to help with the expense. Car repairs are never cheap however this store takes some of the pain out of the experience with well trained personnel, excellent customer service and being somewhere I feel comfortable to take my car to.

Not inform that a part was not in stock. I was told that service will take about 2 hours. My appointment was at 8:00 am. did not leave until 12:30

New tires took longer to change than promised. Ended up paying $100 upgrade on "toe in" problem I thought was covered with new tires. The additional charge made the total price higher than Pep Boys. The up-charge was not mentioned until "after" the new tires were installed. Disappointed in the way it was handled, but too late to disagree.

This is the second time I have had service with your store. The mechanic's need to be cleaner when they handle the customers car. The first time I bought it to them they lost my key to wheel's and manager had to compensate me with other service in oil changes. They also left my chrome wheels a mess with dirt (grease). I bought cars in and they left grease on car door handles and did not close the hood on second car. I know that a car has a safety latch on it but what if it did not work.
