Big O Tires

I have no complaints about the service I received however I arrived at 10:30 am for an oil change and didn't get my car back until 1pm. As a result I missed an appointment for my son's class. They need more mechanic's on duty.

The store on Rock Springs consistently provides quality service at a fair price. I feel like they care about their customers. They don't try to jack up the price with unnecessary repairs but will advise you if something could become a problem, leaving the decisions up to you as the owner. In fact, if more work is needed, their personnel look for any coupons they can apply to help with the expense. Car repairs are never cheap however this store takes some of the pain out of the experience with well trained personnel, excellent customer service and being somewhere I feel comfortable to take my car to.

Rich was helpful and had knowledge of tires needed for my van. Service dept needs some help. Chrome rims where dirty when I got car back and had to clean them up. They lost my wheel lock key and could not fine it. Rich made it up to me by giving me a couple of oil changes no charge.

You have a Good Team. Keep them.

We have brought both our cars into your store. We always feel that not all work that was promised is getting done. Fluids, topped off and tires being rotated as promised as part of the service. Our truck was completely out of washer fluid just after having it serviced buy your store. Your store is close to us and I hope this isn't happing because they guys all seem nice and we would like to feel we can trust them and Big O.

charged me more for an oil change and filter than I have ever been charged by this facility before. Can get the same or better service for less elsewhere. Will not be returning.

My most recent experience here was with a leaky radiator, the crew was friendly and professional as always. Tom and Dave communicated the issue to me, and once I approved the repair they resolved the problem in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the team there and will continue to go there for all my automotive needs.

My only complaint was waiting 2 hours for oil change with appointment. Oil change should never take longer than 1 hour!

Anthony and the crew exceeded my expectations at a stressful time of having a flat tire on a fairly new car and not having a great deal of funds to work with. Everything that Anthony quoted me over the phone was exactly what I received when I came in. The employees that I saw/interacted with all exhibited professionalism and mannerism. The fact that I received a military discount means the world and I will recommend anyone and everyone - most notably those with a military ID - to use Big O' Tire. Thank you, I truly appreciate it.

Got oil change, no sticker for next scheduled oil change. Have to return for sticker. Second time this has happened.

Said it would take a hour. And it took four hours. Tried saying I needed all kinds of work., Which I know what it does and don't need. And I didn't get any new lug nuts., Which I was told that I would get. ECT. ECT.

The tech when inspecting the vehicle failed and when i drove away the vehicle was bot driving the same. I came back and he had to push back the boot and it was fine. Sharpen up and pay more attention to detail with integrity.

I have been coming to this store for eight years and I have always been taken care of in all my two cars. When I have a car problem, I always go to this store. When I lived on the east side of town, I went to the B O there. Anthony was very knowledgeable and was very considerate.

I scheduled an appointment for a simple oil change at 10 am. I did not ask for anything else to be done, or inspected. After almost 2 hours, the person who did the oil change came out and advised me there was a problem with my battery (which is only 6 months old) and my brakes needed work (which may be true, but I did not ask for them to be inspected). My point being, I spent much more time waiting for my oil change than was necessary because the company requires employees to find issues to upsell customers.

All of the guys at Big O Tires are fantastic! Great attitudes, knowledgeable of my vehicle!
