My visit was to rotate and balance Michelin tires I purchased at this location. During this visit I had my brake fluid and power steering fluid replaced. I also purchased a set of windshield wipers. Upon leaving the store I tried the wipers and they were defective. I went right back too the store to get the proper ones. I had to wait for over 35 minutes to have them installed, because they were out of my type and said they had to go to Auto Zone to get them. My entire experience (with an 8 AM appointment) took 3 hours and 5 minutes. After I left, being wary of the quality of service, I checked my tires, only to discover that they had NOT been rotated. I know this because one of my Michelins had been replaced on 12/10/2018 (at this same store), but they were out of them so they installed a SumitomoTour Plus brand instead. Your records will show this. The reason I know the tires were not rotated is because that left front replacement was still on the left front side. I returned to the store within 10 minutes and asked why my tires had not been rotated and I was told that they were. They did not know the information above. They had the technician that worked on my car come out and he said he had rotated them. This was a lie, and I told them so. They said let us fix this now, I told them I had just spent $272.00 and over three hours there, and refused stay any longer. I have been a customer of Big O tires for years, but now my allegiance has been damaged. My tires still need to be rotated, but my trust has been damaged. It is an inconvenience to take this time to write, but I thought you could address this situation with the store manage and make the correction. Had to have my truck towed in last week after it died on the side of the road. Tom and Noel started tests in a timely manner and quickly determined it was the alternator. The part was ordered and installed in just over an hour. They were very courteous, and respectful. I will definitely return for all my automotive needs!

I had a front wheel alignment done and didn't get a read out of the results and the car is not aligned correctly it pulls to the right. I had over a $1000 of work done to my old car (which got totaled) is early September and Wayne who worked on my car did an excellent job. This time not a good job and it cost me $108 a big rip off I expect another alignment to fix the problem. I also had to check something on #3 but none of them happened. Thank you N Limbacher

I bought a used car and took it to BigO for the first and subsequent oil changes. On the 2nd or 3rd visit, I was told that the plug in the oil pan needed to be replaced, that it was stripped. It wound up being the oil pan that had to be replaced! To the tune of over $500.00!!! I have two issues with this...if they had told me this with the FIRST oil change, I could have taken it back to the dealership and had it replaced FREE...Second, the estimate I got was @ $400. When I got the bill, it was $520. I am not happy and will no longer use Big O! This is the THIRD time I have sent this issue to you!

Mike was amazing and took great care of me. I sliced one of my tires on my brand new truck with less than 1000 miles on it. They had to order me a new tire but suggested I left them the damaged tire since I already had my spare on the vehicle, that way once the new tire came in they could mount and balance the new tire. I did just that and the next day the tire arrived, they mounted and balanced the new tire and gave me a call. I was in and out so fast. All I had to do was swing by and let them swap the new tire with my spare. I could not be more pleased with my visit. They have me as a customer for life.

I will never go to another big o tires to purchase tires again in my life. This was my 4th & last set of tires...

I had another store call ahead done that store has a 2.5 hour wait. I was told I could come right over and get in right away. When I got there they took my car in for an change after about 45 min and I waited almost 2 hours for them to finish it. I saw the technition walking around out back like he had nothing to do when I enquired about my vehicle being done the manager actually went back and did my oil change himself with the explanation that 3 other cars had come in in between the call from the other store and my arrival. However there were no other cars in the bay. I have never had such poor service at Big O before. It makes me wonder if I will be going back to Big O the next time my car needs servicing. To many other places willing to do the same services quickly.

I have taken my car to your establishment 3 times now, and my most recent visit as unfortunately put me off to the point I will be looking for a new place to get my oil changed. I was given a call and informed my serpentine belt needed to be replaced and based off the mileage they suggested I have all my fluids drained, I declined these services and took care of the belt on my own. These were the only 2 issues reported to me, I came in to pick up my car paid for the oil change, was handed my receipt with the 2 suggested services listed but not the 22 check point list. I asked the sales associate for a copy at which point he ended up making a photo got for me. I got into my car and drove home when I got home I reviewed the list and realized the coolant had been mark as very low, and based off the scribbles it looks like I need new rear brakes. Had I not asked for the 22 point inspection sheet I would have not been aware of these issues, and to me those are much more important than the slight cracking that was on my serpentine belt, and a general fluid drain based solely on mileage. The lack of care to inform me of these things is very upsetting. To top it all off I had requested the sticker they place in my windshield to state 3000 miles out instead of current mileage, I watched the guy print it and attach it to my paperwork went I dropped off my car, but it never made it to my window, it's the little things I guess.

A bit disappointed. Purchased 4 new tires for my truck and requested they be out back in the same position the wheels came off so I didn't have to deal with relearning the tire positions on my Chevy's computer DIC. They were mounted completely randomly so the computer put two of them in error mode and display was all screwed up. I asked them to fix it and was told "drive it a couple miles and it will reset". Chevy computer display TPMS doesn't do that. A reputable tire service center should know better. Rather than waste time with teaching them how to do their job took it home and found out how to overinflate the tires and perform and relearn procedure without needing a Chevy reset tool to do so. Score one for the Internet and zero for Big-O. Sorry for the negative review but you asked...

Took 2002 vehicle for tires. Service, chk engine, abs lights all on. Got the tires but no other info concerning front end. Contrast Pep Boys, who gave written advice as to what else I need done, and cost. The worst bit was, shortly after leaving, tire pressure light came on. 10 minutes after leaving. We immediately took the car to a different Big O, and the person checked, stating that one of the tires was filled at 50psi! Very disappointed.

I bought 4 new tires and had them balanced while I waited. They knew which brand I shud buy based on the type of driving I do and my car and the dry climate.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They were quick and friendly. After I left, there was a problem with my tires. It took me a few days to get back in there. When I did get back in, they quickly analyzed the problem and fixed it for me free of charge. No excuses or hesitation was given. They were very friendly and helpful all the way through! I'll keep going to this store for this reason alone!!
