Nice check-in with friendly communication; timely diagnosis of issue and recommendation; timely completion of tire replacement. All in all, good experience. Only sugestion was the waiting time in line to check out was right at 18 minutes..might help to have additional assistance.

I was a little bit vague about what was wrong , however the guys were able to sort it out and fix it. And it wasn’t a common problem. It just took a little longer than expected and so I had a logistic problem picking it up. But the staff was very helpful and pleasant. I would come back for my vehicle and recomend to others.

Mike was the one checking me in and out. He was super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He kept me up to date and kept things real with me. Made strong recommendations and helped me when I asked questions unrelated to the service (i.e seafoam) he was all in all amazing and kept good conversation.

I came in to get my tires replaced and I got a great deal on all 4 tires. The services were done quick and the clerk (I can't remember his name so I'm sorry I couldn't include his name!) was great, very nice and professional.

Price was excellent, wait time was satisfied, my car was clean when I picked it up.

Excellent professional customer service at the front desk was given to me right away. The service of replacing four tires on my car with brand new tires and a brand new battery was placed in very quick and efficiently. And I was explained the procedures in case my tire has a flat or excetera

I came early so no time to meet me at the car. They took care of all issues and the inspection for additional work was precise and helpful. I had my transmission fluid flushed upon recommendation. However, could have waited, yet last time I waited I lost my transmission. They were helpful for sure. Much better here than the one in San Clemente CA off Camino Capistrano.
