Went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Service was done, yet windshield wiper fluid was not replenished, I know this because the sensor had just gone off that week before the oil change. I thought all fluids were to be topped off along with the 21 point inspection? Also there was no "�reminder sticker' placed on my vehicle. Being in the service industry, the devils in the details, and here I felt a little let down. I get plenty of coupons from other auto shops that I will use for the next time.

I woke up with a flat on my F150.It was a slow leak so I filled the tire at my home and drove to a competing tire store.They checked and found no trouble. They saidthe tire;s bead reset itself when I re-filled it.After work that day it was flat again!I filled and drove to Big O.They thoroughly checked it and found a near hidden nail and fixed it.Best part was NO CHARGE! yes no charge.Keen techs and friendly service.ALL my business now goes to Big O.Thanks guys and girls of Big O!!!!!

I always take my car here and have been a valuable customer. I was quoted a price by the manager and he informed me to bring it in the next morning whichI did. He went on vacation and didn't leave any note or anything to inform the other employees. They was suppose to call me back but no one did and then finally when i call they say thru can't get ahold of Rich and so my car just sitting there. There is no communication at all. I'm super pissed off. Like i said I've spent lots of money there. I will be taking my 2 cars to another Big O or Automotive shop. Every car I've had I have always trusted this place now I wouldn't trust you all with my kids bike. Valuable Unsatisfied Customer...

I recommend this place to anyone who wants fair and honest service! I was extremely pleased and David really helped me knowledge wise and was wonderfully professional and sweet! The next day I sent my dad over to get his car fixed up too and just like myself he was very happy with how they treated him and how they tended to his car! Awesome shop!

I was very disappointed in the service I received here. I went in due to a screw that was in my tire and also wanted an alignment. They took my car to the back and said i didnt need an alignment and that i was good to go. I got back home to see that the screw was still in there. So i returned the next day and they said i needed to replace my tires and that my warranty was void because i didnt go in for an alignment every 6 miles. However, i was never told i needed to do this. Apart from this, the service was poor, and the worker used a very condescending tone the entire time. And the alignment wasnt done because the machine was broken. That lead me to believe that the day prior they rather told me my car didn't need it instead of stating it was broken. And you have to be more expecific about of the garanties as women something we dont know much about cars.

I brought my SUV in to have them find out why my back end was wobbling, and they immediately identified that one of the tires was separated. After selecting a set of tires, I was back on the road in no time! Thanks for a great experience!

Replace flat tire in trunk, spare on car. Spare was not replaced in traveling position. It was just loosely thrown in trunk.

when and got a qoute for tire made a appointment for next after noonno tires in stock told i would be able to get them till Saturday got there at 9 needn't get out of there till noon

I have been coming to this store for over a year now, and have always had excellent service. Most recently I went in for a brake inspection due to my ABS brake light on my dashboard. Noel was assigned to the job and explained what services were needed. He was very polite and professional and I am extremely pleased with the service provided. I was however dismayed to learn that a young man who had previously worked on my vehicle had been dismissed due to the fact his shirt was not always tucked in. I understand that a neat/clean appearance is important, yet can't comprehend why a mechanic in a garage should be required to have his shirt constantly tucked in, especially since the company provided shirt did not fit properly to begin with. The crew at this shop is excellent, but my overall impression of Big O as a corporate entity hasdropped severely.

Your service team does not top off all fluids on an oil change. My windshield wiper fluid ran out and I barely use it. I came into your shop with the light being on for the windshield wiper fluid and for my tire pressure gauge. After my oil change, I got back inside of my car and the lights were still on. I had my eight month old infant with me so I had to get out of the car and go back inside of the shop to tell them. I was extremely upset. They brought someone out to the car to fill up the windshield wiper fluid and it took nearly two and a half gallons or more. I told him that is because last time I took my car there, they did not fill up the fluids like they are supposed to do on an oil change. And I paid $79.95 on my last oil change. I feel like I'm wasting my money with Big O Tires. I asked them if they put air into my tires and they said they did. I told them that my tire gauge is still on. They advise me to drive around for five miles and it would go off. I told him they are incorrect and my tires need more air. They continue to argue with me. I drove around to The Back Bay for them to fill up air in my tires and the gentleman told me that their tire pressure gauge does not work to read PSI. That pissed me off more so because how are you as a tire shop working with equipment that is broken? How are you sending customers away with the right PSI in their tires? I told him to please start putting air in the tires and the gauge will go off as soon as it's full. He argued with me. As soon as he went to the rear passenger tire and put air in, my light went off. I was extremely upset during this visit as I have been many visits prior. It seems that Big O Tires does not take professionalism seriously and does not invest in their mechanics. I'm debating on never going back to Big O Tires again.

They always do excellent work and the staff is very polite and always explain everything step by step. Thank you and to the staff and the work and great customer service. Also Cody Hardy #3524 is always helpful and goes beyond his work to help out the customer's. 5 stars for Cody.

On Friday, February 26, I went into one of your stores to purchase tires for my car. A month ago I went to get an estimate and was given prompt service by the manager and a written estimate. Well I went in to honor that estimate and was not happy with the service I received. 2 tires on the rear of my car took over 3 hours to complete. I understand that my car was a 1994 and that maybe it had been a while since it had tires and an alignment (I bought it 6 months ago) I was told that the alignment was taking some time because of that. Once they were finished I went out to my car and notice that the rear tires were leaning to the right! I walked to the desk and was told that my car was ready to go! I asked the manager to come with me and take a look at my car. We walked around to the rear and noticed the leaning tires. The manager just stated that he would take care of this and almost an hour later my car was fixed correctly! What bothered me was that it was first presented as ready to go! How could it have come off the alignment machine like that?! I liked the fact that the store was near my job and I liked the price quoted me for the tires. But I can't help but think that I am hesitant to allow them to put the tires on the front!

Customer service in this place is amazing, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of all service and needs of the customer. i was in here getting tires for my suburban and Dave couldn't have provided us with better care and great deals on tires, I'm very satisfied with service and will recommend friends and family to this location and to ask for Dave so they could receive the same great service I received.

Well i came in my car overheating on 5/3 car was checked, gave me prices and what was wrong, so fixed car paid ,2days later my car overheating again i go back to shop,now they say waterpump,after mechanic promised me it was right 2days prior if would be fine,now want another 3to 400$$ to fix what i was told was fixed the first time,so now im screwed,im disabled on low income so now for one month im stranded again and its much hotter this month,and Rich Knitowski ,store manager told me you dont guarantee your work,worst experience ive ever had at a big-o tire shop,sorry to have to say this,my parents and family were 40years of service to your company!! I cannot tell you how utterly delighted and pleased I was with the service provided me at your Rock Springs location. Marlo, who handled the entire store with people constantly streaming in, phones ringing, and attempting to help everyone already being serviced, was a dynamo. The entire time I was there she handled simultaneously (because we encountered difficulties with my credit application for free financing for 3/mos.-not the card) my problems concurrently with usually three people in line, for whom she quickly answered questions and made appointments while answering the phone, dealing with me, and dealing with the techs who were bringing information on people's repairs. Anthony, the tech, brought out my air filter so I could see how gummed and blocked (from other cars' exhaust-no smoking in my car) the filter was. I knew my windshield wipers were bad; they replaced them. I'm going back tomorrow to have the fuel line flushed by your master mechanic. Very impressive performance by Marlo, Teresa, and Anthony. You guys were busy on Sunday!!!!! Thanks for everything!!!

Jim, the store mgr is AMAZING!!!! Very professional with a sweet personality! It is obvious that he loves JESUS AND PEOPLE!!!!!! The experience was awesome and I did write a review on google as well. Thank you Jim for a job well done! God Bless you!

Asked for tires to be rotated they refused 2 hrs for oil change & my oil maintenance Light is still on going to a Different Big O this particular store needs better training will not go back

As per usual GREAT SERVICE, and pleasant workers! The only issue is that on my last visit, they found the oil pan screw was stripped. The cost of this is @ $500. The only place I have ever taken my car for service is Big O. It stands to reason that the screw got stripped when Big O changed the oil. I do not think I should be responsible to pay the full amount of this!
