I have begin flats on my tires have the tires rotated at a bubble in tire and I had to ask about the insurance of the workmanship of the tire and going to the same store . I'm just a little I had to ask from all discount for the tire when I bought the tires from your store I'll think those logical if you look in the computer guy bought tires from from the store you should know I have those side assistance insurance on the tires I wouldn't I should've left for two tires instead of one as I look at it tomorrow I got a nail in his tire off and take it up to the store today so as a customer we just want people to care more.

Marlo, David and all the employees at the store were very professional and courteous. It was a great experience buying my new tires at this store compared to some other tire companies.

I really like Big I Tired have used them several times. I came in for 2 front tired. They took for ever, because the were inspecting everything else. The gentleman came back and recommended a tone of work to my husband. Some which I know we don't need. Like oil and filter change which we just had tone. New super blades, ours are less than a month old. And several other things. My husband repeated himself over and over Only Tired. This was very frustrating. Not sure if we will go back.

Well I went to Big O for an oil change (synthetic blend) with a coupon for $14.99. I dropped my wife off to pick the car up and they charged her $51 plus change after taking off $14.99 .That means the oil change would have been about $70 after tax and disposal!! We called back the next morning and they said they charged us twice for 5 quarts of oil by mistake and would give us credit. I still don't see how that comes close to what I should have paid.

I called over the phone , was offered a tire for one price and scheduled an appointment. When i got there the person told me he sold my tire . Also they wanted me to wait about 2 1/2 hours with an appointment. I asked for my keys and left .

I went to get an oil change 2 hours before closing on Sunday. I was forced to give a survey while he starred at me while writing it. It was terrible. It took an hour and 45 minutes to complete. There was NO ONE at this location the whole time I was there.

Marlo or Margo the manager needs to stay focused when assisting customers. She wants to be involved in every employees conversation and she CANNOT multitask. I am a female and she attempted to charge me a $100.00 for an oil change, that was until l told her never mind l will go to Toyota because they are cheaper on an oil change. I am a General Manager for a nationwide company and l would never recommend having her in that type of position. You need to go back to the ENTIRE team you had back in January. There professionalism was outstanding back then. Margo/Marlo should be used for sales for idiots who believe her BS. If she had any leadership skills she would train her team so that she can trust in them instead of micromanaging them. I feel for your team. Good luck.

I took my car into the Big O Tires #28894 store on 8/7/17' for the "Ready To Road Trip Service." Which is suppose to include , Oil Change , Check Fluids ," Check Belts, &( Hose's)." And 22 Point Vehicle Inspection. I told them that I was planning a trip to Lake Tahoe in the next few days . I picked up my car later that day and left their shop thinking all was well . On the morning of 8/14/17 , I left for Tahoe . " One Hundred , Sixty Two" miles into the trip , my car seized up from over heating. I had to be towed 40 miles to Tonopah , Nv. At $5. a mile, 85. hook up charge. At the Tow Shop , had to order a new "Upper Coolant Hose" to replace the old one which was disintegrated at the seam , (right by the fill cap,) which didn't arrive till the next day! Rented a car for 125.00 to get to Tahoe. My car for parts and labor costs 151.00 . On my return to pick up my car, the mechanic (who turned to be a really good person.) told me he discovered that my Motor Mount was cracked , and I need to get fixed at the right price on my return home " Wonder where I should get that fixed???" Anyway all because of some shoddy workmanship, and lack of pride in A Job Well Done! , You Do The Math!!! Hope this don't happen to YOU.

David always helps us out and go beyond his duties. I appreciate everything that he do for us and he always keeps his word. He's very professional and he explains the work that needs to be done on our car. Thank you David for always taking care of our 2001 Buick lesabre and 1995 mercury grand marquis. This is the only big o i will always go too. Great services and friendly staff...

Went there for an oil change and tire rotation. First after seeing I was skipped over by two other customers and inquired about it the guys at the counter realized my paperwork was still on the desk and nothing being done with it. 45 minutes of my time I'll never get back. Then after the oil change was completed I asked "you did rotate the tires, right?" (suppose to be included with the coupon). They replied "Oh, I forgot to tell them" and my vehicle had to go back up on the rack again for the rotation. More time lost for me. Not happy with my experience this visit.

Seems like the last few times I have taken my vehicle to be services at the Rock Springs Big O in Las Vegas I have had a less than honest experience. On July 16, 2016 I dropped my daughters vehicle for a oil change. I get a call about 45 minutes later explaining the oil has been changed but during the inspection they noticed that I needed to replace the front brakes, the rotors were warped, the break fluid was bad, the CVT fluid was black and needed to be replaced and the one of the rear shocks was leaking. Mind you this is a 2012 Nissan Sentra with 42k miles on it. Im mechanically inclined and this is work that I can normally do myself, but on this day, I had a heavy schedule. I informed the overly ambitious sales person / caller that I can manage the work myself and that I leave it at getting the oil and filter changed at my original request.When picking up the vehicle I requested to see the oil and fluid samples that were taken to deem the service request valid. The shop person said that they were accidentally turned over and they would not be available for my viewing. How convenient for Big O to accidentally manage to make these samples unavailable for my viewing.I drove the vehicle home and parked it in the garage and began my inspection in comparison to what Big O listed what was in need of replacement. One again, I am mechanically inclined and in full capacity to perform these repairs and replacements myself.. I trusted that Big O would be honest and trustworthy. Ha. Actually I should be ashamed of myself to hold a reputable company to such a high standard. The breaks were no where in need of replacement. The rotors are in good repair and have many miles to go and are not "warped" as I quote the mechanic. The rear shocks were not leaking and were in good repair. I performed a Q-Tip test on the CVT Fluid and it was not "black" as i quote the mechanic. The break fluid was clear as it should be. I was actually shocked that the tires were rotated as requested. That's the first thing I inspected prior to entering the shop for payment. Shame on you Rock Springs Big O Tires. for being less than truthful in your business dealings. I'll have you know, if I were to be dishonest and "flat out lie" about my services or doings, I would be placed on and facing termination. It really makes me wonder how many of Big O's faithful customers have been taken advantage of... Thanks again!
