I woke up with a flat on my F150.It was a slow leak so I filled the tire at my home and drove to a competing tire store. They checked and found no trouble. They saidthe tire;s bead reset itself when I re-filled it.After work that day it was flat again!I filled and drove to Big O.They thoroughly checked it and found a near hidden nail and fixed it.Best part was NO CHARGE! yes no charge.Keen techs and friendly service.ALL my business now goes to Big O.Thanks guys and girls of Big O!!!!!

My brakes started grinding and rubbing. I knew the pads were toast or there was a rock stuck in between the pad and disk. I had to get the oil changed anyway so I took it in to Big O. Asked them to look at the brakes. They had my truck for 4 hours. I got a call and they said my brakes were fine. I picked up my truck and sure enough, the brakes were still not fine. I had to take it to another shop the next day. One of the pads were worn down to the metal so they changed the pads. Problem solved. So instead of spending one day on vehicle maintenance, it took the whole weekend. Either they lied about checking my brakes or their mechanic doesn't know what he's doing. I think it was the former.

I recommend this place to anyone who wants fair and honest service! I was extremely pleased and David really helped me knowledge wise and was wonderfully professional and sweet! The next day I sent my dad over to get his car fixed up too and just like myself he was very happy with how they treated him and how they tended to his car! Awesome shop!

Mechanic left grease on outside of my drivers side door.Inside door panel, steering wheel, shifter and seat were all soiled and dirty.Big O needs to use some seat covers or have their counter staff drive.

I brought my SUV in to have them find out why my back end was wobbling, and they immediately identified that one of the tires was separated. After selecting a set of tires, I was back on the road in no time! Thanks for a great experience!

My battery expired 1 month after 24 month replacement. Was annoyed because I was there 2 months earlier to have a flat fixed, and mentioned my battery was having trouble a couple times when starting the car. Was told t come back if it doesn't start. I did, and wouldn't you know it was 30 days later. That's not the end. They tried selling me a new battery for $300+. I asked why isn't my battery prorated? He said we don't have the records after 1 1/2 years. I happened to have the receipt. Was then told they don't carry my battery anymore, so I had to get a different one. So whats your deal prorating your batterys if you don't carry them anymore? The replacement battery cost me a little more than I paid originally. Big O Tires Pro-rate Warranty is BS!!!!!!!!!

This has been the worst tire buying experience I have ever had. I bought 4 new tires on 7-27-2017. I don't know if this is normal or not but it took over 2 hours to get them installed. When I was driving to work the next morning, I could immediately tell that they were not balanced properly. My truck was vibrating like crazy. So I went back that afternoon, 7-28-17. After another hour of balancing, they told I was good to go. However, when I got on the freeway the next day to drive to work I still felt some vibrations coming from my tires. So I went back again that afternoon, 7-29-2017. After another hour balancing the said that the finally got it to "zero out". This time I immediately got on the freeway to see if they had actually fixed it this time. But they didn't. I had to drive back up there again. This time I asked one of the managers to please take ownership of this issue and get this problem taken care of. His response was that one of the back tires must be faulty and that he would order me two new tires for the back. He said that they would be in on Monday 7-31-2017. I called him around 1:30pm on the 31st to see if the tire had come in yet. H said "no" that they hadn't, but they should be in later that afternoon and that he would give me a call when they arrive. Here it is 8-01-2017 at nearly 3:00pm in the afternoon and I have yet to receive a call. Is there anyone out there who can make this right for me?

I have been coming to this store for over a year now, and have always had excellent service. Most recently I went in for a brake inspection due to my ABS brake light on my dashboard. Noel was assigned to the job and explained what services were needed. He was very polite and professional and I am extremely pleased with the service provided. I was however dismayed to learn that a young man who had previously worked on my vehicle had been dismissed due to the fact his shirt was not always tucked in. I understand that a neat/clean appearance is important, yet can't comprehend why a mechanic in a garage should be required to have his shirt constantly tucked in, especially since the company provided shirt did not fit properly to begin with. The crew at this shop is excellent, but my overall impression of Big O as a corporate entity hasdropped severely.

To whom it may concern I would like a call back from the owner. I would like to think the best of people but when I took my car to get service my wedding ring went missing. It was in my cup holder and it's gone now. I would hate to think there is thieves at your establishment working. I would like to discuss this further with you.

Made 2 online appointments on June 3 at 10 AM for noon and again on June 3 around 3 PM for 11 AM on June 4. I never got a confirmation either online or by phone either time so I called at 9:40 AM on June 4 talk to Anthony and he set me up with an appointment after telling me that he wasn't getting his online reservations. When I arrive Brandon was very courteous but told me it would be 45 minutes for than oil change . What? I asked if there was only one person working out there in he said that one was on a tire run and another had left for other employment. Anthony the manager was doing nothing and Brandon was busy taking in other customers who would be unnecessarily waiting for hours to get their work done. Funny thing is later I sought the tire van who delivers the tires that you request, pull up. I believe it started with an M. My vehicle was taken in at 11: 05 and was returned at 11:46, so much for your rapid oil change. Upon check out I was charged $28.68 for my blended synthetic oil change which was supposed to be $19.95. Brandon then handed me a paper and asked me to sign here, upon reading it, it was the customer comment survey. I asked him shouldn't I fill it out he said no just sign here. I told him that I should fill it out and then he watted up the paper and threw it out. I think that's great that your employees get to fill out their own customer surveys I'm sure they all get great responses and the online ones that I see that are very good probably because the people did not have to wait at all because you have no customers. My oil change and the other ladies tire flat fix should've taken 20 minutes had you had more than one employee working. In and out service with good work will bring repeat customers and good word-of-mouth. You, Mr. Rhee, are losing money I guarantee. Customers will come in but the majority will not return. You have eight bays and one person working that's losing money. Not only was I charged more, but I check my tire pressure and the rear driver side had at 30 psi while the other three had a 35 PSI and now when I turn right I hear a clanking noise. My father open the first big O tires on Decatur and Lake Mead back in the late 70s and I noticed that you no longer put mats on the floors and my steering wheel with dirty with the grit and oil of your mechanics hands. Your shop also doesn't put on the little sticker that says when my next oil change should come & it's really not that much money. Anthony should've been checking with you or the company about the online appointments when it first happened, as I'm sure I'm not the first. He should also have started working on the other cars as he was doing nothing. It starts at the top and I believe Anthony is pretty much a problem. I'm leaving on vacation tonight and I hope my friend who will be watching my home and driving my car does not have any problems but please him email me with your response I will put it where it belongs thank you very much.

I have gone only to Big O' Tire but now I will never go to another one again. You guys use to be good at making sure everything is taken care of. the last time I was in there was 11-07-2016, One of my tires was very low after already having them fill my tires the week before. I pulled into the bay another guy was pulling a red Mustang forward while the hood was up, I hooked at him so that he would hit my car while the other guy was checking and filling my tires, he stuck his head out and said "I see you' and he hit my front bumper and there is a dent in it now because of it. I went inside and told the guy inside what had happened (I think his name was David) he said he would talk to him while My ex-husband and I pick up his car so that they can see if there was anything wrong with the tire, when I came back to drop the car off David told me that the guy said he did hit my car and that they would give me a free oil change when its time for my next oil change. the manager that was there when I came to pick up my car was on the phone and I told David that when he gets off the phone that I would like to talk to him. I sat in the waiting area and the next thing I know David tells me he had to run out and that I would get a call from Brian the next day. When I talked to Brian he told me he would call his higher ups to see what he can do. When I got a call back he told me that there is nothing he can do and that they did not hit my car and that there is no way to know if it really happened, he told me that I lied about them telling me the day before that they did hit me. My insurance company also called and talked to Brian. They also lied to Jennifer (State Farm insurance agent) and told her that I came in upset about the tire and that I toke things to far and lied about everything. I was claim the whole time. I WILL NEVER GO TO A BIG O' TIRE AGAIN FOR ANYTHING. I will make sure to everyone I know about this so that you will not get their business as well. I'm very upset with the way I was treated and that you have very dishonest people working there.

Tony and the other guy were great and friendly. My service was quick too.

Very unsatisfactory service. I made the online order and appointment almost an entire week in advance, for a trip the next day. The tires didn't come in and the appointment wasn't made! I had to show my email confirmation. They promised the tires would be in the next morning. That didn't happen either. After 3 days, I finally got my tires. It took them two hours to replace them. I'm not happy. I had to cancel my trip and reschedule for later in the month.
