I was treated like I do not know anything about tires, the store decided not to rotate my tires because the pattern of the wear on the tread. Making an "executive" decision like that puts the company above what the customer wants or needs, the store would rather try to make a dollar off of you than try to work with you. I was very disappointed I have bought my tires from that store for years and now I will go elsewhere!!!

This is a horrible establishment & if there was a ZERO rating they would get it. If you value your life DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM THIS PLACE! I have bought 2 sets in the last 3 years for both cars AND even purchased the extended warranty. Not once are the same employees there any longer than 3 months, so that should have been a huge red flag...They have not honored it ONE time & finagled anything they could do to get out of replacing them..I am anal about maintenance on my cars, tune ups, tire rotation & oil changes so it's not like I ignored them. I had them rotated less that 3 months ago and was told there were no problems....Go to Discount Tires. they are honorable people to do business with.

I came in to have my tires rotated and balanced. I also asked if they could see the last time I had a tuneup, after little effort from the guy at the front desk (Brian), I was told that I had never had one done. I asked the gentleman to look again because I was sure that I had one done. Again, with very little effort he said again that he couldn't find my information. One of the store managers was able to find my information with no problem. Before my service was started, an inspection was done on my car. It was told to me that I needed a new battery and I was given a battery health read out from 2001. My battery is just over one year old and the fact that I was given an old readout bothered me. I was then told that I needed brakes and a rotor. I was told that there were hotspots on my rotor and my brakes had no pad left. I informed the manager that I just purchased new brakes and rotors in october and there was no way that I needed this service done. He attempted to convince me that I needed the service. He also told me that I needed a system flush and a tuneup, however, when I asked how often I needed to get one I was told every 30k miles. When I had one done in 2015, I was at 116k miles and I'm currently at 137k miles which means that I don't need a tuneup just yet. I don't feel as if they should make up non-needed services just to make an extra buck. I assume that because I am a woman, they figured I didn't know any better. This really turned me off and I'm contemplating going elsewhere for my auto needs moving forward. I came in for a $19.99 service and they were trying to tack on an additional $537 for things that I didn't need. Not to mention the attitude and lack of knowledge displayed by the gentleman at the front desk. I have been going to Big O' for years and this was the first time I've experienced this. I hope that someone really looks into this situation and retrains the entire crew. I am more than happy to get online and tell everyone I know not to go there for anything because of the way I was treated. I'm not happy!

Always quick, professional, knowledgeable. Been going here for two years now and they have never done me wrong, have me in and out quick for simple stuff and have even had parts ordered, delivered, and installed on a same day whim. They are great.

I was first one there when it open. Service is usually slow & always have some excuse for what's taking so long. Not my first time coming to location. Simple oil change almost a hour & half plus. I've came here before & thought I would give another chance since it's been a while & hoping things have changed. But I will likely not come back after this time. Even when my car was brought up to front which seem like forever when they said it should be ready soon. I had receipt to show him & told the guy I paid he refused to give me my key. He still had to go inside & check. I'll just go to another location or go somewhere else. This place is still ridiculous & people are a joke. Smdh

I presented in the store on Rock Springs Tuesday, 6/19/18. It was during my lunch around 11:30. The gentlemen in the front was very pleasant and seemed to know what he was talking about. I observed the gentlemen who was changing my oil and he seemed very rushed. I was not provided a sticker or any indication as to when my next estimated oil change would be. I went back inside the store and the gentlemen said it is because their printer was broken. He gave me one of their stickers to fill out myself. I noticed immediately turning on my car a strong burnt rubbery smell. It also smelled like if oil was spilt under the hood. I drive my car after work to go home. I park, get out of my car and notice white smoke coming out from the hood. I was scared for I never encountered this issue. I thought my car was going to explode and was quickly told it might have to some oil spilt. This was the first place in all my years of being a car owner that I have encountered this problem. I hope no significant damage was done to my vehicle. It is unlikely I will be returning to Big Ol Tires in the near or distant future. I could have gone to Wal-Mart and paid $40 vs. $55. At least, they would have placed a mileage sticker on my interior windshield.

Fast service, did courtesy inspection of my car to recommend preventive maintenance. Will be back in a few weeks to take care of them.

Worst expericed ever they didnt even rotate my tires so i had to wait another 20 mins. My brake rotors didnt get resurface and my brakes were still squeaky after i drove of. Michael at the counter have very little to zero knowledge about the 90 days same as cash program. He couldnt type my email address right after 10 minutes he finally got it. Would never go back to this locating or any big o tires in the future. I also drive for uber and didnt get my 10% of discount of products and service instead he insisted in giving me a coupon discount he had in store. No sure why he didnt let me use the discount after I show it to him. Sorry but i would really appreciate if i can get a refund for the service or discount because is not fair. Thank you . I will be giving the store manager Brian Pringle a call soon because he needs to know what king of quotes they're affering and what kind of service we're getting. Thanks for nothing.

I was told that my front brake pads and rotors needed complete replacement along with rear shocks, and was quoted almost $1600 for service. Took my car to the dealership for a second opinion and quote, and my front pads still have 5mm, back brakes had 6mm, and recommendation for replacement is at 3mm. So, I didn't even NEED new brakes yet. They also inspected my front rotors, and advised that I did NOT need new rotors, but could resurface them when the brakes get replaced. In short, Big O Tires mechanics are complete crooks, only want money, and don't care one shred for actual customer service. I will NEVER come to Big O again, and will make sure to share my experience with anyone who is having car issues, and make sure they steer clear of Big O.

I've been going to Big O Tires for a while now thinking that I'm getting all my fluids topped off, but I'm actually not. I went in specifically asking for them to top off my coolant because I was almost out. When I showed up to get a oil change I told the cashier about being low on coolant. So I never bothered to check before I left because not only did I speak to the greeter letting her know this, but she also wrote it down on the sheet. When I left I noticed my car was still running a little hard, so when I got home I checked the coolant and boom there was no coolant added. Well, thanks a lot Big O Tires you will be loosing a customer, after being loyal for so long.

The gal at the desk was just marvelous, Great customer service. She definitely needed help, but she handled the large number of the customers graciously. If I have one complaint, it's that I have not received the loan documentation that was supposed to be emailed to me. Would you please look into this for me so that I get the documentation I require. This was on a Sunday at 8:30 am. The manager that day was a young lady. There was only 1 car getting service, and she said it would just be 15 minutes to get me in and that was fine. I told her I just needed the oil change and not to rotate the tire, and just make sure they check the pressure. I young guy that was the only one working there kept calling me BOSS, so many times that I finally told him that I am not his boss and I don't sign his checks, etc. I watched him and he did not change the oil filter, and he lied is ass off about it. I have been coming here for over 15 years and this really pissed me off. He did not know where the filter was in the car, and I had to show him where it was. I told the manager and she said she would leave a note for the regular manager so he could do whatever on Monday. When he was done I had to tell him again for the third time to check the tires and after I did he said to me are you going to say PLEASE, I think this store is going down hill, because you can't keep any help and the help you do have are really not any good, if they can't even change the oil correct I can only wonder how they would do on a brake job or any other major problem. I think I will start going to any other store for my services on my 3 cars in my family. And I think the manager should have given me at least a discount on my oil change that day to at least make be happy and to maybe keep a customer.

Thank you all for your help, understanding and fabulously thorough and detailed service. I have never had to do any service on my car before I have always had someone else take care of it. But due to health issues they are no longer able to explain to me what needed to be done. You gentlemen took time to help me and not just try to UPSELL me on serviced I did not need immediately. For this I commend you all. Thank You. Not only will I be back but my family and friends found out about your kindness and fantastic service and have asked for your address so they can have their cars serviced in your shop.
