I stopped in to the store located at 2061 Rock Springs Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89128 to have my tire checked due to a Low Tire Pressure message in my truck. I purchased a brand new set of tires last September (at a different location) and figured that I would have a quick in-and-out visit; I anticipated it would take approximately 30-45 minutes to locate and correct the problem. I decided to wait at the fast food place next door so that I could grab luch, and while I was there, a tech came over to the restaurant and advised me that Ford typically has an issue with their lugnuts expanding in the Las Vegas heat, and due to that they recommended that I replace the ones on this wheel. The tech told me the cost was $10. I asked if that was $10 each or for the whole set. He told me that it was for the whole set. This sounded like a great deal, so I agreed to buy the set. When I finished my food, I then walked over to Big O to check on the progress of my truck. While I was waiting, the tech told me that I had a nail in my tire as well as a "bad plug job" which was causing the leak. (That bad plug job was done by the Big O Tire store that I originally bought these tires at.) He advised that he would patch the bad plug as well as the hole from the nail. When he walked away, I heard 2 of the front employees discussing lugnuts, with one telling the other to go ahead and order them. By now, it had already been 45 minutes since I dropped my truck off. After another 45 minutes, I asked how much longer it would be until my truck was ready. One of the employees that were discussing the ordering of the lugnuts advised that the ones that I needed were not in stock but were on the way from another store and should be there any minute. 30 minutes later, I hadn't heard anything about my truck so I again asked the employee about the status of my truck and he just said "There was an incident with the lugnuts." and looked at me blankly. I looked at him for a moment and was stunned that I HAD TO ASK what he meant by an "incident". He said that due to a miscommunication they received the wrong lugnuts so they were waiting on the right ones. It should go without saying in the customer service industry that if there is an "incident" or anything that causes a service to be delayed, it should be conveyed to the customer so that they are not left wondering what is going on. At this point it had already been 2 hours for a tire patch. Also, the front employee provided me with the bill to be paid once the service was completed. I looked at the bill and found that they had charged me $10 for each lugnut. I told him that I was quoted $10 for the set and he just smirked at me and stated that I should know better than to think that you could get a set for $10. I told him that lugnuts were not my area of expertise and I was going on what the tech had told me. He asked if I wanted him to bring the tech out to clarify and I said yes. 5 minutes later the employee came back and said the tech was on the phone but had miscommunicated the price, but for the inconvenience they would knock $2 off per lugnut. Ready to be out of there and on my way, I agreed to the cost so that I could just get my truck back. Without any further updates, and while watching several other customers being told that there were unexpected issues with their vehicles that would require another visit or a $400 oil pan, the lugnuts final showed up after a total of 2 hours and 45 minutes. I was called to the desk and paid my bill. I was told that the truck was done and being pulled up front. I went out front but my truck wasn't there. The tech that had been working on my truck walked up to me and said that he had to check the pressure in all of the tires to make sure that everything was alright and it would only be a few more minutes. After a total of just over three hours, my truck was brought out to me. There were so many breakdowns in the levels of customer service that I received. A tire patch/quick repa

Wonderful honest customer service. Seemed to be actually concerned about the condition of a problem I was unaware of. Instead of wasting my money, they directed me directly to dealer as the problem may be much larger. They took time to show me what was wrong physically and explain the necessity of ensuring my car is safe and working.

My car battery dead. It was replaced at your store 06/302018. The rep informs me they can't replace it even though it had a 6 yr warranty because it's a replacement. He wanted to charge me $259.99 for it plus a new alternator for a total cost $982.34. I declined. The next day I went directly to the manufacturer and got the battery replaced free. No alternator needed.

Always friendly and courteous and all procedures explained fully in advance as well as being told afterward what was done and what will be needed in the future! A smile on everyone's face every time I've been there. Services may be a bit less expensive elsewhere, but I trust the employees here to be thorough and efficient.

I was very pleased with the service I received. They got me right in at the scheduled appointment time, determined the issue quickly, and did the necessary repairs in a very timely manner. Tom and Alek explained what they were doing without being condescending, and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely go back for any future automotive needs.

I will never return to Big O for automotive needs again.Horrible customer service.Every single employee was needed to attend to an attractive young lady's vehicle while me and another customer were forced to wait check in for our appointments that were already made.Michael at the front said it was his discretion to assist customers as he sees fit. This same young lady's vehicle got continue preferred treatment with 4 employees at a time during my over 3 hour wait for work to be performed on my vehicle.Mechanic was watching a movie in the garage while my vehicle wasn't being worked on.When I brought this to Michael's attention, he called me a liar.I will never return to Big O and will tell every single person.

I was not happy at all with the service performed on my vehicle. For some reason my battery post had once again corroded over and although I was told it was "cleaned" off that was NOT what I found when I got home. The advice I was given regarding this problem is that the corrosion was probably coming up from the cable and that it would probably have to be replaced. Much more valuable information was obtained in a google search. Even though I change my oil in accordance with manufacturer requirements and have my vehicle serviced by the dealership every 25,000 miles I was told that my vehicle looked like I never got it service. This is NOT what I had been told on previous visits. I do believe that this was the LAST time I will bring my vehicle to this particular Big O and maybe to any - despite the fact that I'm promised free tire rotation for the life of the tires, I no longer trust anything they tell me.

David and Coty are the best at Rock Springs & Lake Mead in Las Vegas, Nevada, they were very professional and helpful. I'm glad I was able to have my car serviced when these two gentlemen were there.

I set up an appointment at 7am, I arrived at 6:30am and they did not start working on the car until 9:30am. Mgr Chuck and his team at the rocksprings location have the worst attitude, they cuss like a 1990's sailor. Not good for the company.

I purchased my tires in New York State with a warranty. One year later I got a flat tire on I-15 just off the Vegas Strip and brought my truck into Big-O-Tires after putting on my spare. My warranty company told me I had to go there because they belonged to the warranty company's national directory. They were unable to repair my tire due to the fact that there was run-flat powder from the sidewalls. So, after working with the warranty company they were able to get a brand new tire at a nominal pro-rated cost, mount it, balance it, and install it. They even re-attached my spare back under my truck. They were very professional throughout the entire process with excellent communication.

Nice mechanic but very incompetent. Had no knowledge of how to change the oil in my 2007 bmw x5. They did not check my tire pressure or top off water. The salesman was trying to push another service instead of making sure the job was to my satisfaction. Will not be going to this store anymore.

I have had great experience with a coupe of Big O Tire stores in the last few months. A tire blew on the freeway and was able to get towed to a Big O in Henderson. They were very nice and offered to put on my spare in order to make it to Rich's store. His store had previously serviced another vehicle, so wanted to return there as the first experience was exceptional. Helped me with new tires and alignment. This last visit, called Rich to make an appointment as I purchased a used vehicle and wanted the fluids changed and new brakes, plus take a look at things and make sure all was good. He and his team are always welcoming, listen well, and have always provided an itemized, detailed report of the work recommended. Appreciate that there has not been any surprises. Recommend Rich and his team every time.

I went in for a simple flat, i was told to wait shortly because they we're "busy". It wasnt long before other people went in, and they took them right away. So after waiting nearly 50 minutes, i decided to leave. And the firestone across the street got it done in 5 minutes. Whilst they we're clearly busy.

I was treated professionally and kindly. The work was done quickly as well. They even gave me a ride home and back! Top notch quality! My only complaint would be that sometimes they forget to call when the car is done, which can end up with me waiting for a lot longer than necessary
