Big O Tires

Had an oil change. They did not check my air filter. Wrote down that they recommended power steering flush, fuel injection cleaning, and brake fluid flush. Next to power steering and brake fluid they wrote "dirty."� When I asked how dirty it was I was told "It's just recommended based on mileage - every 30K miles. He didn't actually check the color of the fluid."� Why write "dirty"� next to it if you have no idea what it actually looks like? That is being dishonest and trying to get a customer to pay for unnecessary service. By the way, my power steering flush and fuel injection cleaning were both done about 11K miles ago. So it was all unnecessary.

First time there was on an Thursday. I was shopping for tires. I was greeted by Jim, he was checking for the best tires also deals. I bought 4 tires, there was no pressure ot upselling. I was there again on Sunday 6/30/2019, need some work, where two other places was trying to upsell on everything. Jim didn't say an price till he and the tech seen the problems. He said an price that was way lower then everone else. I am going to take my car there and tell my friends and family. About the great customer service and how they won't pressure no one in anything that the customer doesn't need.

Took 4 hours for oil change because a piece ended up breaking so I had to wait for a new on to arrive. Had to go back the next day because they didn't reset the maintenance required light. Also misplaced keys for a second

Went in to have the brakes checked out and got the oil changed. No further service was "�pushed' onto me. The gentleman was honest and told me things were still in decent condition. Service was fast. Everyone was friendly. Great experience altogether.

Totally disappointed I went in for a transmission flush, oil change, and diagnostic after receiving two out of the three services I noticed my vehicle transmission was acting up which I had no issues before hand!! My oil change the tech said hey you're leaking from your plug if you do an oil change we can fix that issue but it isn't!!!! Then the manager tells me oh we have a 8000 piece of equipment for a diagnostic that I wasn't able to receive on the first day because it needed to be updated for my vehicle!!! Then after waiting 2 hours the next day the diagnostic tech lied to me and said there were no codes even tho my service stability light was on but further more tell me he just cleared the code!!! How can you clear something if nothing is there!!! Then I say for shits and giggles what happens if I drive off and it pops back up, the response bring it back and sure enough it did but I'm like all he did was push a button on my steering wheel to make it go away like come on you can't assume every customer knows nothing about vehicles stick with tires because the mechanic size of the business sucks and I'm completely disappointed the only thing I will use my big o credit card for is tires.... this is two locations I've been worked suckerd fucked and learned only tires that's it!!! Wouldn't recommend any other services to any of my friends or family period!!!

Both gentlemen who helped me were top notch. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. They were very good. They addressed my problem and had me on my way . BeSt experience at a Big O out of the many I've been too. Im not one to boast about A tire place but they were that good. Would recommend your facility to anyone who needed your service. Thank you

Horrible service, they installed oil filter tube in filter upside down in the filter housing which caused our engine to not get oil running through out the motor which made the motor knock.There mechanics lied and said our car was knocking when we brought the car in for a oil change. We had to get the car towed to the dealership for the them to figure out what these idiots did and then the dealership did the repairs after buying all new filter housing and other parts needed.

Went in for a belt problem and turns out my car had a different issue that caused the belt to strip. Before doing any work they showed me the issue and gave me alternatives/info about the issue my car had. Very polite, quick work.
