Marcus was there that day to help with a tire problem, he got a new tire installed in a timely manner then directed me to nearby Advance Auto Parts to get the spare. We were in town from Pahrump because my husband was having surgery at MountainView. Thank God for Marcus for helping us get back to Pahrump safely. He is wonderful & you're lucky to have such a dedicated, caring employee. I'm lucky he was there that day.

One of my recently purchased tires piked up a huge nail and was hissing air out audibly. My Big O location took care of the fix and were friendly and welcoming. I only take my car to this location.

I was able to equip my van with four new light truck tires under a "buy two get two free" discount. An all four wheel alignment was included in the price. All four tires are warrantied for three years and the alignment is warrantied for a year. I was expecting to pay between $700 and $800 and was extremely pleased to find that the entire price was $531.25. Marlo, the manager, was very pleasant and Jonathan was my front office associate who took care of me. I was very happy with all aspects of this purchase. Teresa, the tech, did a fine job installing the tires, doing the alignment and keeping the best tire off the van as a spare. The whole experience was one to remember!!!!!
